Jory has built two bikes for me and has serviced all of my family's bikes for 10 years now. He always carries quality brands at fair prices. He has always been understanding about my very detailed tendencies and goes out of his way to make sure I'm happy when I'm on two wheels.

If you're looking for a quick, one-off bike purchase with no plans to ever have it serviced, maybe look elsewhere. If you want a quality bike put together by a knowledgeable individual that will go out of his way to make sure you're happy, this is your spot.

Great shop and service! I don't live in Alabama, but I spend a lot of time up here for business. I had an issue with getting my clip off my spin shoes. The shop owner was so kind, he took the time to help me fix my clip and attach a new one. I'm now looking to purchase a bike and I will definitely go to Southern Carnage due to the service and quality of their bikes.

The owner was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. He went out of his way to help my wife get the bike on to our vehicle. HE made sure the bike would not get scratched while on the vehicle. He did an excellent job fixing up my bike. I will go back there for any work or bike supplies.

My dad and I went here so my dad would see what was wrong with his bike. I'm so thankful that one of the gentlemen was willing to speak with him and look at his bike even those it was very clear this shop was used to higher quality of bike. The man that helped was good to my dad and treated him with respect. A good shop should be willing to help amateurs as well as pros and be respectful.

The bike shop owner is extremely knowledgeable with bikes, upcoming products and trends. In my opinion he is the best bike mechanic of this area.
His shop will typically carry mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes and even dirt jumpers.
