I highly recommend Modern Home Professionals. We hired them to do our full kitchen remodel. Steven was excellent with communication, which is a huge plus for us! They were reliable and showed up everyday during our remodel. After our countertops were installed, he came back and did an inspection and finished any last minute touches.

They did an absolutely amazing job. They went above and beyond with our remodel. They even painted our dining room to match the kitchen walls! They really pay attention to detail, which is another huge plus!

Anything additional that needed done was communicated with my husband and I. If they needed to run out for materials, they provided receipts. The total cost of our kitchen remodel was under budget as well!!

Again, they are reliable, trustworthy, and excellent communication. The best contractors we've ever worked with in this area!! We will definitely hire them again for our next project.

These guys are the best! We had them do several jobs the last two years, Remodel a bathroom, put in a dock at Lake Shannondale, and some other things. They work hard, no goofing around. They know their crafts, everything from carpentry to plumbing. Most important - they'e 100% honest. Everyone on the lake asks us who did our dock. Steve and his team did a great job on my large detailed railing project. They changed our original wood rails out with new modern metal horizontal rails and the project came out perfect. This was not a project if you messed up something you could run to the store and get more. I love these guys. I wanted to get rid of the shower/tub combo and replace it with a walk in shower. I had vague ideas but didn't know what was available or how such a thing was done. They designed and installed a beautiful bathroom for me that I love love love, and rather than sitting around while waiting for odds and ends to set they kept busy with a lot of other odd bits that I needed done in the house. Then, last week, I realized that something was up with my kitchen faucet. They were there the next day, and despite a big problem with rust freezing up things that needed to come out and causing a battle, I now have a nice, new kitchen faucet set that looks great. And is no longer leaking water.

Top quality work and very professional people. Steven is very passionate about what he does and it shows in there work. You may find cheaper but you won't find better quality
