Ice Cream D and E Novelties

Please visit Ms. Evelyn here during the 340 road closure, she is open Weds - Sun and serving ice cream!! You can get here by driving through the "local traffic only" signs posted at the WV9 and 115/Chestnut Hill Road (CoRte32) intersection and continue driving down Chestnut Hill Road. You can also get here from Charles Town Road>Hostler Road >Chestnut Hill Road. I've been here a few times now and always look forward to the next visit.

The portions are large and there's SO many flavors to choose from! The menus come with gluten free allergen labels and when ordering, Evelyn uses a dry-erase checklist so every order is always correct. Evelyn has hard scoop ice cream, soft serve, Italian ice, banana splits, hot dogs and more! We've loved everything we've tried. 🍦 you will not be disappointed!

I visit the ice cream truck entirely too often because the soft serve is so yummy. The owner knows my family by name which is probably an indication we eat too much ice cream. But we do love to support our local small business here on the mtn.

This hidden gem is very close to the KOA @ Harpers Ferry! They had a great selection of ice cream/sundaes/etc.

Great little spot off of Chestnut Hill Rd! Variety of ice creams, shakes, sundaes, banana splits, gelato and even hot dogs. Nice afternoon treat with the family.

If you are looking for the great ice cream truck that used to be next to Wilt's Farm Stand, THIS IS IT! The owner makes the lemonade from scratch, and the Italian ice is a great dairy-free choice. Worth a trip off the beaten path.
