I recieved HORRIBLE customer service with US cellular via phone/tech support. After two months of wasted time on the phone trying to get someone to help, I visited the store in Waukon. I am very happy and relieved I did! Taylor did an outstanding job helping and looking out for my best interest with resolving my issue that the customer support over the phone did not. Thank you Taylor!!!
