Panera Bread

The atmosphere is very welcoming, relaxing, and very clean. I got the Mac and Cheese and a Fuji Apple Salad. Everything is quickly made and prepared. The cashiers and even those who clean up the tables are so kind and ask how you’re doing with a smile. This really makes my day, as I can assume many others. The food was filling, great portions for what you pay, and I love the flavor profile. The employees all around are nice, timely, and friendly. Thank you for great service. You’re not overlooked! 😊

I am always making orders from that location, and I had a wonderful experience at Panera Bread in Twinsburg! The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It was yummy. I got the Fuji Apple Salad. I wish they had pictures of the food but it came out so big and full of flavor. I like the customer service. They didn't have thr bread I wanted though...

I was in there during lunch on a Monday and Brandi was the manager. She was working the line making food with her team. They were swamped and her team was struggling. She was being an excellent manager. She was encouraging her staff, giving positive feedback, and listening to their needs. This was very refreshing to see.

I got the pick 2 with the chicken and wild rice soup and the Tuscan chicken sandwich. French baguette and a cup of ginger mint tea on the side made for an excellent meal ♨☺

Best Panera we've been too. Staff was super nice and they actually sold bread. A lot of other ones don't actually sell they're bread. It was a surprising good experience at this location

This location has the best people working there! Brandy, the catering manager, gets my order for over 30 people together and delivered on time every week! I would completely recommend for all catering needs!

So delicious the chicken and rice soup with the veggie sandwich. You would not think it but the veggie sandwich packs more flavor than I expected. I like the self order kiosk. The service was prompt.

One of the best Paneras I’ve been to with my son. Kind, knowledgeable staff, delicious food, spacious seating, wide variety of baked goods. We just moved to the area a few months ago and checked out our new Panera today. Only complaint was that our pager didn’t work. Not a very big deal at all, but my eight year old was a little disappointed.

Always good, except when they run out of broc cheddar soup

The staff is amazing and always polite especially when you are familiar to them and treat them with respect. Their more than willing to help and make sure everything is right with the food. Highly recommend everyone go there.

Went August 6 to the Twinsburg Panera. So much better than Macedonia Panera. You actually get food. Not just one slice of meat or half a bowl of soup...you get what you pay for. Thank you Twinsburg Panera!!

Good food little pricey for what you get but the price is the price. The restaurant is always clean, food is always good and my friend and I can sit in the back room and talk forever and no one bothers us. I recommend it highly.

Always good service and atmosphere. Plenty of room for small meetings. The quality is consistent and the food is served quickly even during the lunch rush.

Staff is very friendly and quick to get your order so you do not have to wait.
