Wendy's

So I ordered through door dash, my half my food was gone. I bought food for me and my niece, I got chili u didn't order. They explained it was the dashers fault and used their own vehicle to bring me my food. I only told them i needed what was missing. Named the items off. One drink, two large fries, and a chicken sandwich. I haven't looked at everything yet to see what they replaced. It's the fact they did it they sent two large drinks I already had one in the house. So I let em keep that drink. But great customer service WENDY'S.

The young lady was working by herself and had to deal with an idiot this morning. I give her great credit as she handled it with class. I wish people would stop being so inconsiderate to others and realize there's a shortage of workers. This young lady deserves a raise.

I'm very pleasant attitude. Fast and correct on my order. This place has been by far the best Wendy's I have visited since the pandemic. The employees here need to train some of the other stores employees to act the same, mainly Trumbull county Ohio. I will definitely be coming back to this Wendy's the next time I'm in twinsburg. Thank you so much to all the employees there.

Stopped around 8 pm and got two 6 pieces spicy nuggets. They asked me to pull up and I noticed about 4 other cars pulled up waiting for food. When my food finally came out the guy bringing it was LITERALLY running through the parking lot to bring people food and when I pulled off I noticed they had giving me a medium free for the inconvenience. GREAT customer service 😁

Typical Wendy's food. Service was fast and wasn't much of a wait in the drive through. They got my order correct. Friendly service. Not a fan of the parking lot layout, but I survived.

I am an Uber Eats driver and I have to say that James went above and beyond. Great customer service and he should be rewarded considering how fast food places can’t find people. He was very professional and resolved the issue without attitude like most places do not. Thank you James!!!!!

I visited this location on yesterday. Had an extremely large order to place. The order taker and All staff were quite helpful and efficient. I was not in the restaurant more than 12 minutes. The family enjoyed the food. Thank you Wendy's staff for making my visit pleasant.

I don’t what has changed at this Wendy’s in the last 2 weeks but the service and quality of the food has been amazingly fast and fantastic . I’ve been going here for over 15 years and have never seen such friendly great service!! Please keep it up and teach the other fast food places how to be ! Thanks

When I got home, they gave me the wrong sandwich
I had to drive all the way back.
& Other than an apology & the CORRECT sandwich, there was NOTHING else done or said for THEIR mistake (that made me drive all the way back there).
Never going back to Wendy's AGAIN!!

Folks at this location are very good to order from. Always quick and friendly.

Stopped by on our trip home. The food was usual Wendy's but the server was awesomely memorable. Nice to have someone like him there.

First time through this Wendy's and I was pleased. The employees are really friendly and polite. The food was fresh and hot.

The young guy at the counter provided excellent service....courteous,respectful and all with a smile. First class service,and should be promoted. Fine example for every restuarant employee to follow.

Since under new management service is a lot better food comes out hot and fast
