Best Ice Cream on Anastasia Island Fla hands down, top notch Ice Cream , great staff !

It was so cute inside with 30 different hand-scooped flavors of delicious ice cream!! The girl behind the counter was upbeat & friendly.

Went back to Island Ice Cream tonight!!

After enjoying Crescent Beach we decided to stop over for some ice cream, and weren't disappointed! They have a nice selection of ordinary and some not so ordinary flavors to choose from.

Service was top notch and we were encouraged to sample anything we wanted. Portions are large -- I had to tell her to stop adding ice cream to my cup to avoid over indulging!

I had my first affogata and let me tell you, it was fantastic! The espresso was nice and strong but contrasted nicely with the sweetness and richness of the ice cream. I suspect it will be hard to beat this one, but after eating it I am hooked and am looking forward to my next!

We will definitely come back here the next time we're at this beach.

Great little spot to stop and get ice cream near crescent beach. The lady who works there was so nice and lovely to talk with. The kids loved all the different ice cream flavors. The shop is really cute with neat murals.

Was looking for ice cream and we found this gem. Very nice and helpful young lady who guided me through the process of ordering . So many options. I went with the coffee ice cream and a scoop of vanilla. Very reasonably priced and very tasty. So glad we stopped here. I like to support local businesses . Hope you do as well.

So many flavors and very generous scoops for a reasonable price. The service was excellent and very friendly, and the tropical theme was perfect. Great place to stop while at the beach!

The Island Ice Cream Cafe is in the middle of a strip mall that is easy to miss. There are so many different flavors of hard ice cream to pick from that it is worth finding. There are plenty of tables inside and out.

Highly recommend! We went there twice on vacation. Once for sugar-free ice cream, the other for a coffee date night. Both times it was delicious

The best ice cream spot in the area! Without question! Very responsible prices and the owner is just a cool, friendly guy! We can’t wait to go back later this week for coffee!

What a beautiful little cafe! This little gem is tucked away in a small strip mall, but don't let that fool you. The atmosphere gives off a nice ocean/island vibe, the cafe is very neat and clean (including the bathroom!), and the ice cream and coffee I had were excellent. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a small place to relax and enjoy a nice treat.

Excellent experience, great service. Had dairy free /gluten free my daughter's could eat. Ate a breakfast sandwich, hot chocolate, and regular ice cream for myself.

What a wonderful place to stop and have a coffee and ice cream after walking on the beach just across the way. The woman was very kind and the shop was very clean. We love coming here with our family.

this place met all my expectations. the customer service is great, the person working there at the register/ with the ice cream and coffee, is very respectful and patient. if there is a long line, you don’t have to wait too long, service is quick. there is a great variety of interesting flavors of ice cream which are of good quality. every ice cream has a description about what it is so you don’t have to stand there wondering whether you would like it or not. when you get your ice cream you get very generous scoops. definitely a bang for your buck. the interior is very creative which goes by a beachy theme. i recommend coming here especially to cool off after a long day outside.

Greatest little cozy, ice cream shop I’ve ever been to staff is extremely friendly and very personable. Ice Cream is amazing and music selection is amazing. It’s also really cool if they have Italian ice for people who can’t have ice cream. coffees will wake you up and have a huge selection of different ice cream drinks best experience ever definitely will come back

This was our first time eating ice cream at this place, and if I could give them 10 stars I would with no doubt. Great selection, friendly service and their scoops are huge. From now on it’s our favorite ice cream place.

Such a nice local ice cream shop! We stopped here for ice cream on our way to the lighthouse. The owner was lovely and patient as our family selected ice cream. They carry coffee drinks and had non dairy milk options which I appreciated. They had a few non-dairy ice creams as well.

Great prices for ice cream and they have a coffee bar! Excellent! Tasted great!
