Every part of my experience was positive. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. They kept me informed while the work was performed, on time and as quoted. I will absolutely recommend them to my friends and will be using them for future mower repair needs.

I borrowed my brother-in-laws pole saw on a Saturday and shortly into the project a branch fell on it. Called these guys to see if they had a replacement head in stock, they did! Headed over and they took great care of me and were very understanding of my predicament. Highly recommend these awesome folks!

Awesome service! We had been taking our mower to Powerhouse for the last several years for its annual maintenance, but when we learned that Powerhouse is permanently closed, we discovered St. John’s Sales and Service. The guys working there are friendly, knowledgeable, and had our mower back to us in a week at a reasonable price. Highly recommend for mower maintenance!

I've been dealing with this outfit almost since they opened. They have been very helpful. Get my riding mower serviced every December and all blades, belts etc. Nothing but good things to say.

Called to get mower picked as it was cutting unevenly. Thought blades might need replacing. Bill came out promptly and noticed the height alignment was out of kilter and the adjustment right on the spot. Didn’t even charge me for the trip over. Now that’s old fashion service you don’t see anymore. I’ll definitely be back when I need service.

I have to give Bill and his crew 5 star +++ !!! I had been using another repairman and really wasn't satisfied at all. Seemed like we were repairing the same thing over and over again..Other times I would be told that nothing was wrong with my rider mower. You dont tell a man with a mower problem that there is no problem. Bill came and picked my mower up and gave me an approximate quote for the items I needed fixed. He returned it on the day he had indicated and the price was lower than he had quoted. Besides all that he didnt have insults about my fairly new rider like the other gentleman. You dont criticize a man's dog or his riding mower! Thank you!

I was mailed a HUSQVARNA gift certificate for a Husqvarna dealer to redeem. This was because the 1st authorized dealer basically ripped me off and said it wasn't under warranty.
I then had to touch base with Pierre at Husqvarna to locate a dealer.
There was one in Ormond Beach, his name was Ed. Rude is a polite way of stating phone call. He was going crazy, saying how nice of them giving my stuff away.
I then called Husqvarna again for a new authorized dealer and warranty place for my equipment.
I spoke with Lisa, one of the owners. She was as polite as could be. They were busy as heck, but, she still spoke with me. I told her I would be in on Monday.
I met her husband, BILL the other owner and technician. They were absolutely the best lawn mower equipment place I have found in 4 years.
Bill, fixed my weed eater in 10 minutes and very minimum price. I bought new air filters, spark plugs, and gas.
I will be bringing any future lawn equipment to them whether it's warrantied or not.
They have a beautiful, clean show room. Their work area looked clean as well.
I'm so impressed with them. I have passed out their business cards as almost everyone I know is a home owner. They are all in need with a honest, and reliable Shop. Nobody wants to do business with 3 of the shops around Palm Coast. All 3 of them are actually located in Bunnell.
It's approximately a 20 minute drive to St. Johns Sales and Service. It's not far and it's worth the drive. It's fixed properly, prices are much better than any one of them in Bunnell. The place of business is a
Neat as a pin. The customer service is absolutely the best. The most professional business I have found in lawn equipment. They were more than happy to accept the gift certificate which Husqvarna manufacturing and warranty is going to repay the shop for this.

Great place to visit if you are looking for lawn mowers or even serving the one you have. They know, regarding machines and other stuff.

After much research, I went to St. Johns Sales & Service to see if they had a Toro Timemaster lawnmower in stock. They were extremely pleasant and answered all of my questions. Due to the friendly and professional interaction, I decided to gladly purchase the Timemaster. Overall I am extremely pleased with my purchase experience and the Timemaster mower. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a mower and/or in need of a reputable repair facility.
