My tech/CSR was great! He helped me out and the whole team in general was really nice. I got the answers and the fix that I needed in record time. Awesome visit!

Went here last week to get a new line and phone on my account and TJ was awesome! He was very patient with us and very kind!! Definitely going back to this store.

Had an amazing experience at T-Mobile, staff was fast and moved the line quick. I had Nimai, he was attentive, pleasant and very knowledgeable. He paid close attention to everything I needed and answered every question I had. I walked out with not only a new phone but with knowledge of the next steps to take to make my account better since I'm going from personal to business. Thank you very much.

The manager greeted us at the door and took our names on this very busy day. We were met in 1/3 the expected wait time by Liz. She was pleasant, helpful, and answered all our questions professionally and efficiently. Great experience.

Management trainee Chris at your mayslanding nj location was absolutely fantastic yesterday. He and Orlando had all of my data transferred to a brand new Samsung phone and ear buds very easily and quickly. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Eric helped me out specifically. I was going through a trade in process for a Pixel 3a XL during the promotion and he answered every question I had as far as the phone's tech specs and billing. Took cases out of the box to let me see and feel them. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15+ years and this was one of the best in-store experiences I have ever had.

In and out quickly. Guys did a great job. Very friendly and a relaxing atmosphere.

Most helpful T-Mobile store!! Went to another T-Mobile because I got a defective phone from this store and they COULD NOT HELP ME but this store was more then willing to help me out and didn’t charge me anything!! Very lovely staff this might be my favorite T-Mobile store in the area!! 🙂

Absolutely love this store and everyone who works there. We’ve used them several times during the pandemic due to upgrades and a few issues with our iPhones and they’ve been nothing but helpful, professional and friendly. The past two times we visited the store we have dealt with Nimai who is very knowledgeable about T-Mobile and the way things work. He is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer!

I went in with an older phone and they hooked me up with a new phone basically for free. They were super nice and patient. I'm really particular about what I like and how I setup my phone, but they didn't rush me at all. My phone is working great now. I could not be anymore pleased with how that whole thing went down.

Bootsy is AN ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR!

We failed with a dozen prior “experts” at T Mobile, Bootsy got involved and turned our experience to fun and what we were shooting for from the beginning.

Ty was awesome too and we left telling him to keep Bootsy around cause she’s a GEM & A SUPERSTAR.

Absolutely store manager material, getting an 11 out of 10 for the customer service she provided!

I wanted to say that Zaiyana was a delight! She helped my father find the best phone that worked for him and was able to help him save money by adding a line to my account. Also she explained to us the deal T-mobile had with buying two other devices such as the Apple watch and tablet and how affordable it was to add to our account. She was extremely helpful and always spoke to us with a smile. We definitely both enjoyed Zaiyana's professionalism as well as her enjoyable presence.

I went to TMobile to purchase a 4G LTE Hotspot last week. First and foremost my experience was great. Ketan a mobile expert at the store was extremely helpful. He showed me two options to purchase, he was very informative and knowledgeable of the product. Ketan went above and beyond by setting up my Alcatel Linkzone 2 before exiting the store. I recommend this store to anyone in the area!
