My sister and I went to Macy's to sadly get an outfit for my mother for her funeral. As we are crying and talking this nice woman asks us if we need help, so we say yes we are trying to find cloths for my mom that passed away. The look she gave was like her heart broke. So we started talking and she is telling us about her mother and the amazing job she does with her. After a few minutes of each of us telling the other that we are our mothers caregivers she starts looking for cloths for my mother. I can't thank Rupa enough for the kind words, the compassion she gave us, the condolences she gave, and the prayers we gave to one another. I pray your mom is doing and gets better, and remember like I told you your doing an amazing job and our parents taught us to step up and be the parents sadly for them. Much love to you Mrs or Ms Rupa your an amazing employee and we need more like you. Thank you and Thank you Macy's for the outfit.

I love how Macy's gives back and helps our community by encouraging donations to charities and causes. Plus they practice and do their part in sustainable shopping experience for us and mother 🌎. By cutting down on trash, using the Bring Your Own 🛍 and supporting brands they do the same.
Plus, I've come to love being a Macy's card holder. The perks, rewards and Macy money on top of sales, discounts and promotions really make getting the best brands, latest styles and trends that much funnier, easier and rewarding (😊 yay!)
And Macy's is great to it's employees, with flexible hours, great coworkers, 401k, Paid education benefits, earned paid time off, health and commute. Plus if you need anything else they have help at every corner. ❤

Save and have cashier scan, you can get a full price item at best discounted price sometimes (coupon, Macy money, extra star money days). 😁

Employees are extremely helpful and had everything we needed. A very clean and organized place.

Love the fact I could find what I needed online and just walked up on the 2nd floor and pick up my order. I also love the third floor that Macy has to offer. Many items that were at a reasonable cost to any pocketbook. People were nice engaging allowed for use of coupons and gift cards. Macy's could have done more for Christmas decorations because without decorations and Christmas music people will not have the feeling of Christmas and Shop more they are actually taking money out of their pocket by not encouraging people to stay in store to feel that Christmas spirit. All areas for clean easy access escalator with smooth running. When item I think Macy's should address with is the aggressive stance of some of its mannequins that they had in place. They seemed aggressive and the clothing was very nice and well done and outfitted The Stance of the mannequins was not welcoming peace that you want in a shop. Overall quality quantity and atmosphere with quickness of getting through a line was a welcoming factor in my shopping experience.

The coolest place to go shopping with your family there and the biggest store here in New Jersey and in the Hamilton Mall and I like it too

I got a really cute dress that was on a great sale but best of all I accidentally left my cell phone in the dressing room and they let me in at 9:10 and I got it back so that's a big win for me!

It's an American institution. It's prolly one of the last true department stores too. They have a great selection of stuff to buy. In each category that they service they also make sure to have a good price range to facilitate all buyers. This is one of the few places I can regularly buy entire outfits and enjoy my time in the store. It is also great that the sales team is usually friendly and willing to help out. I also like that in recent years they have become less over bearing with opening a charge account whenever you go to check out. As department stores die out I hope I don't have to say goodbye to Macy's!

I had the BEST experience with Gino and Maria in the makeup department right before my wedding! If I had known about Gino's skills prior to this visit I for sure would have booked him for my wedding. Let me tell you this man color matched me perfectly and pulled out tricks I have never seen before he was just WOW. Thank you Gino for literally saving my day. Gino helped me find everything I needed color-wise, found me samples for the products that I needed for my big day but Macys was currently out of (and wouldn't have in time), he thought of things I didn't even think I needed such as how to prep my face (moisturizing and exfoliating) and even wearing a new scent because you connect memories to scents. I honestly can not say enough great words about Gino and Maria. If anyone I know needs makeup or help figuring out what type of makeup you need, Gino is your guy. Also lets not let me forget prior to Gino I visited Ulta which ignored us for a good half hour while the employees there did each others makeup. We originally thought Ulta was the place to go now days until Gino changed our opinions COMPLETELY.

I placed the order online for a Bella waffle maker. It was for a friend's house warming and Christmas gift. The checkout was so easy, show your ID and I didn't have to print out the whole email. All I had to do is show my phone for the barcode in the email. We also shopped at The Backstage which is Macy's outlet upstairs. Very cool I'll be back.

I was looking for a watch, I'm a Movado fan and I found this watch when I went to the Bahamas and I didn't buy it and I went to see my representative "Janet" who has worked in the jewelry dept for years and has always been a great help finding the items that I'm requesting, she didn't have it but she's on the lookout for it and I trust that she will find it for me. Thanks Janet for all of your past service.

I went to Macy's for some cologne for myself, the representatives were helpful with all the fragrances. Highly recommend buying my colognes there.

I love Macy's! You find something new with each and every visit. Sales and bargains galore! Plenty of way to pay, cash, cards, or Macy's card. Wheelchair accessible with public restrooms on the 2nd floor. Helpful and knowledgeable staff waiting to greet you. Enjoy!

The makeup department is very nice and helped me choose my right shade of foundation and I got two other things there . Love it 😍
