McDonald's

This McDonald’s is the absolute best. Best place to have a sit down meal with your friends, family, and coworkers. I would recommend to ANYONE in the area to go to this McDonald’s and witness for yourself the best customer service EVER. The employees are SO nice and understanding. Please if you haven’t yet, try this amazing restaurant.

They are fast & efficient with hot food.

I come to this McDonald’s pretty often, at least once a week. They very rarely make mistakes with my food if at all (and customer service workers are human so I try to understand!), and with it being one of the only cheap food places in Crestline it can get quite busy yet they are always fast. I pulled up to a line wrapped around the building and got my order taken and food given to me in less than 10 minutes. They are normally always friendly as well. I have to give it to the workers at this location, they do try their best despite what’s going on right now in the world with service workers.

This McDonald's has always been nice folks working there and being able to get in and out quickly. McDonald's always keeps a great consistency with their food no matter which location you eat at it tastes the same. So they are not re inventing the fast food game but they know what they are doing. I tried the new crispy bacon ranch sandwich. It's ok but I will have to give the tip of the hat to Wendy's on chicken sandwiches. Watch the videos and see what you think.

Food was extremely good the tea was amazing (i add liquid sugar) all around good place to eat

This McDonalds location is a great place to stop while in crestline, especially during a festival or event. It has your general McDonald's food but it's workers are pretty great.

I got my food quickly when dining in, although it's somewhat difficult to walk into due to it's circle of cars of a drive thru.

I don't think I've ever experienced this before but everything about my quarter pounder was perfect. Temperature, freshness, portioning, and most importantly the service. Well done and thank you so much.

Order was done in a timely manner

Went here for lunch one day because of my attendance of the City's annual car show. The food was just as good as it is at the McDonald's back in Mansfield. My favorite part about this restaurant is that they also except mobile coupons via the McDonald's app. We used a coupon that gave you $4 off any purchase of $20 or more, which excludes taxes.

Stopped in last minute for grandsons BIRTHDAY party. Started as just a few kids ended up about 15 kids and parents. They where Great. Everything good all had good time. Keep up good work!

Even though they were understaffed they got it out quickly. The food was fresh and I enjoyed my meal.

You know who is the best McDonald's? Yall are! How is it that Galions Frappe Machine is ALWAYS down? Thankfully our Crestline McDonald's Is always on point! And the staff is always super friendly even if it's extra busy! Thanks

Thought I would be waiting at the drive thru for quite some time but it was much faster than I expected. Fairly typical of course for the meal.

The workers are super nice food was sooo tasty my Mc flurry had the most Oreo ever this place is a 10/10

Sent the boys in for sausage burritos (15yr olds), and they actually came out and made a comment on how friendly everyone was. Said that they were asked several times, by different team members, if they were helped yet. Way to go Crestline McDonalds!

We stopped at the drive thru and pick up a couple of Shamrock Shakes
There was little Waite time. And the shakes where great.

Fast service and no mess ups and friendly workers

Everyone is always friendly here. Curbside and mobile ordering are great to get the kids' orders ready before we get in line and they make it when we get there.
