I never do reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with Juanita, the shop owner. I’m a simple man, I don’t care much for nitpicking. Juanita knew exactly what the customers wanted. Small things, such as offering the case to me to pick out the wrap I want. She knows the game and what the customers want. Great personality, amazing courtesy, and close enough to be my new supply store.

I was on my way home when I noticed this small, cute smoke shop off on the side of the road. I decided to stop by and once inside I was ecstatic seeing all the glass, the different products they have, as well as how clean, warm, and welcoming it felt upon entering the establishment. There was some beautiful glass pieces, I just couldn’t decide which one I wanted. So I asked the employee to talk to me about the different glass they had. She was extremely knowledgeable upon almost all the glass which made it much easier to decide. I'm definitely stuck between two pieces and I will have to come back once I’ve made up my mind on which one I wish to get.

New stuff every time I come in! Love these stores and the variety they always have!

I always have a good time when I go to Hywayze but I wanted to single out Sydney at P5 on Georgia street for her above and beyond customer service. She definitely knew her stuff. Overall she made the experience great. It's people like Sydney that will keep me coming back!

Love coming to this place. Always great glass and tobacco options. Juanita always has glorious service when we shop. Great with customers and multitasking our questions!

I just have to say I've always been more than satisfied by hywaze but I want to throw out a special shoutout to Haley K. And Devon S from my local hywaze on Georgia street just off Malabar road and Babcock. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable, educated, friendly and more than willing to do what they could to ensure I got what I needed. Outstanding customer service. Will always come back because of people like them.

We have been to this location a couple times but have forgotten to write a review. Both people that we worked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for something. They also have some cute cards and items to hold your vape. 100% recommend.

Stopped in just as Sydney was adding new inventory to the wall and I got home and had to wait three hours before being able to give this review. The new THCA Vapes, yes vapes, are Fire 🔥

Liz was exceptional with her customer service, I came in looking for a piece of glass with some teal accents on it, she gladly showed me all her selections and asked what i would be using it for so she could help me get the best piece for me. I picked one out and she immediately told me everything I needed to know about the peace and how to properly use it, clean it, and store it etc.. Thanks Liz for the great service and making me feel welcome in the shop. Also it's conveniently located an them being opened until 10:00 is awesome. Amazing selection and great prices! And in my opinion what makes the store number one in my book is the exceptional customer service I received from Liz she's very thorough with her job and you can tell she cares about her customers!!!!!! I highly recommend for everyone to check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Juanita is extremely helpful! Lots of products to choose from and she is knowledgeable on them. I had lots of questions and she answered all of them. While I was there other customers came in and she was just as sweet and helpful to them. Always a pleasure shopping here.

This place is wonderful, the store is clean and organized, the staff and manager are informative and very patient going over the different options available. For a first time buyer they do what they can to really make sure you leave feeling confident in your purchase.
