Blue Diamond Pawn Shoppe

Had a very positive experience here the other day. I was in need of a label printer for my small business that I am just starting up. The manager, Eric, was very helpful asking me if I needed help right as I walked in the door. Left there with a very reasonably priced item! Definitely would go there again in the future.

Its a great shop, done business with them a few times on the purchasing side. Mostly for firearms you can't beat that stressless layaway program they have. Owner is great, probably seen him in store every other visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly, very upfront if you have questions. I haven't ever felt "dooped" or "scammed" or even pressured after purchasing anything like I have from other places. Don't listen to the negative press, people need to understand how pawnshops work. Gotta make up margin on trades, pawns and loans. If you think you can do better I guess post it online and sell it yourself..? You guys will keep my business

I haven't been here in many years but it looks like it's same ownership. I had no choice but to pawn some very precious and important jewelry to pay for my chemo treatment and the owner was very kind, gave me the best possible loan and even called me several times to remind me my maturity date was near. He did everything he could to help keep me from losing my grandmother's jewelry and wedding ring she passed on to me . Unfortunately I just couldn't get the money to get them out, but the kindness and compassion from the owner and staff was something ive never forgotten, even 11 years later. I wouldn't have been able to pay for my oral chemo if not for them. These are great people who care and if I need an emergency loan in the future, I wouldn't chose any other pawn shop

They are always so kind and helpful! My mom and I always have a great experience. We buy, sell, and pawn they are always friendly with the prices. Also when you spend X amount they give you a card to earn towards your next purchase. Thanks Eric and Paul!

These guys are great! They're straightforward and honest. I was a bit late on a payment and Brandon helped me out so instead of losing my item and telling me "oh well sorry" they gave me an extension. Things like that are rare and its why they have my business now and will continue to get my business...I recommend this place for sure!!

Best guys around for new and pre-owned firearm sales. Have bought several and always have a great time and the best price possible. Eric went above and beyond with the trade in value of one of my other firearms and really made it possible to upgrade. Such a pleasure I'm definitely a blue diamond customer for life!

My husband and I were out shopping at the urgent recommendation of the local sheriffs and governor to buy a firearm to protect yourself. The Palm Bay Blue Diamond Pawn shop did not have an AR pistol , so they referred us their pawn shop on Wickham Road in Melbourne. Patrick, the salesman, was very helpful and actually showed us a better option which folds up and is easily able to be concealed and is better for me, as a woman to use, but is manly enough for my husband. He explained all the features and was very patient and able to answer all of our questions about conceal carry. Patrick is a very mature, personable, knowledgeable and helpful salesman who is up to date on all the firearms rules and regulations. We highly recommended Blue Diamond Pawn Shop and Patrick for all your firearm needs

Like many other pawn shops. Sometimes, they have what you are looking for. Sometimes, not so much.

I have been shopping pawnshop for more than 40 years. This is by far the best one I have ever found. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful. And they truly try to give you the very best deal on any thing that you might be interested in. One of the clerks Brandon honoring always greets me with a smile and goes out of his way to be helpful. Brandon went above and beyond in getting me taken care of. This is without a doubt the best pawn shop in the county. I have visited other shops only to be disappointed. Go here often. Many great deals. Latest was a phone. Phone would not work with my service. No questions asked. They were able to give me another phone(which was a little higher than 1st phone)with no additional charge. 2nd phone works great. As long as they are in business I will go here.

Stopped by to purchase a bike. Unfortunately, due to the high demand, they had none. However, the customer service was phenomenal. I was immediately attended by their personnel. They also offered to contact their other locations to verify their inventory and gave me their card to call them. Furthermore, their location was clean and organized.

I love this store. The staff is friendly and attentive. I always find great deals on tools and computers. Although I'm not a gun enthusiast they are the "Go To" place for deals on firearms for many local buyers and sellers.

I stopped by this shop and got a great deal on a firearm. I put a small deposit on their layaway program and made payments as I needed. Super friendly staff who answered all my questions and helped find the best firearm for my needs. Highly recommend this shop!

My fiance and I were in the store a few weeks ago and bought an engagement ring. We got a great deal and the ring was beautiful. Unfortunately, after wearing the ring for a couple weeks problems arose with the diamond setting. I went back in to see the guys at Blue Diamond. Seeing I was upset Paul personally drove my ring to the jeweler rather than have me wait a week for their scheduled pick up. Long story short, the first ring couldn't be repaired but everyone at Blue Diamond went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring. They stand by their sales...something I didn't expect from a pawn shop. They even personally introduced us to staff at their sister location. I now have a gorgeous ring and Blue Diamond has a customer for life. Great job guys! Thank you.

I enjoyed my experience at this pawn shop . It was my first time to do go into any pawn shop and was surprised how clean it was and the employees were really friendly . I have tried other pawn shops and have mixed results some good some rude but this one seems to be ran like a retail store but with good deals . I have bought my laptop and cell phone from them and my friend has purchased 2 firearms and each and every time I felt great about the deal . I would highly recommend this business .

Loving this layaway thing they do. I can’t just drop a few hundred bucks on a gun at one time. Awesome I can make payments when I have the extra cash to do so. Will be doing my firearm purchases with them from now on
