This location is great. Panera in general is just overpriced and food is always cold. This location was very clean and staff was friendly. 5 stars for that, they don’t set the prices

I ordered the same to breakfast items twice, the ham and egg on cinnamon crunch bagel and the Chipotle Chicken on Ciabatta. Both times the sandwiches were really well made and tasted great. The only change I would make if I was going to order the ham and egg on cinnamon crunch bagel again would be to take the option to have it be a cinnamon swirl bagel instead. The flavor of the cinnamon crunch bagel is so overpowering it really masks the taste of the egg in the ham.

My whole family and I love Panera, specifically this location! Rachelle and Maya are the sweetest people! The manager is incredibly kind and remembers my sons name! This place has become so special and I’m more than grateful for the time we spend here💕 also a sip club member and love it!

Pretty much go there weekly for the fresh salads and sandwiches. When something is not perfect, they go out of their way to make it perfect. Which is “refreshing”!

I can’t remember who was the one who took my order, but she was a very nice lady. We had some small talk, and I mentioned my husband, i said his name and she mentioned that her husbands name was Steve too! So whoever was the cashier who has a husband named Steve thank you for your assistance and professional service!

Like many industries, this store is suffering as well… from being short staffed, overworked, and dealing with rude and entitled customers who don’t know how to be empathetic towards our fellow human beings that work there. The food is usually spot on, the employees try to keep a smile on, and I appreciate their hard work and dedication. Thank you.

We went for lunch today and the food was supper good , clean restaurant and friendly personal . The business manager/ owner just an amazing lady , she come and talk to us to make sure we are happy with the food and service . Highly recommend.

Today at the Surprise, AZ Panera we had a very good experience from our order taker to the food to the constant cleaning of tables and getting 2 visits from the manager Frankie. This place is an upgrade from the 2 other Paneras we have visited in Glendale and Peoria. People make first impressions upon entering a place and it stays with them until they leave.

The manager and her staff are wonderful. Yesterday, I had a mix up with my order in the drive thru, and they went above and beyond to make it right. I always enjoy my lunches from there, and now I am appreciating the staff as much as the broccoli cheddar soup!
