AT&T Store

The women reps here in Milledgeville are amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Two of them worked together to resove my issue. It was a time consuming process but they were patient and determined to get it done. I recommend their services to anyone!

Recently went into the store to get a new phone and it was the smoothest process ever. Wonderful assistance from Tyler curry. I really can’t believe that he’s not a manager yet. His customer service is top tier!

I had the most terrific person helping me. Her name is Stephanie Warren. I am 71 and she was so patient and understanding. Thank you so much. I did not know a lot about plans even though I researched them. She explained everything

Rep. Jasmin and Mgr. Johnie spent 2 hours helping me upgrade my phone, choose accessories, and how to use the new phone. Mindfully Jasmin also had her own customer 3/4 of the time I was there. Exceptional customer service!

The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Stephanie was amazing. We walked in 30 minutes before closing and she greeted us and took care of all our needs. She never worried about closing time and even walked us out. She needs to run the training classes on how to please your customers. I will definitely keep her number. Service has been great.

The Manager Keke and Stephanie were truly a life saver. My old device would not transfer my contacts to my new device but they didn't stop until my contacts were on my new device. I appreciate their patience and kindness. I recommend everyone visit this location were you are guaranteed to receive top notch service.

Was having an issue with my phone and stopped by to see if I could get some assistance at the AT&T Store. Had to wait a few minutes before speaking with an agent.
My agent was Eric. Eric was very nice and professional. He was also very knowledgeable with the questions I had. He ran an update and figured out why I was not able to delete apps from my phone. He figured out what was going on with my phone and got me all set up with a data plan that will work for us. I spent almost an hour with Eric. He was overall fantastic with his customer service. So if you are planning to stop by the store, ask for Eric.

The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Zimesha. She stayed even past closing time in order for me to buy a new phone when mine broke! She was very knowledgeable about the phones and phone plans as well. I really appreciate all of the help I received from her, Stephanie, and David as well!

Jasmin was very thorough throughout our visit and was able to help me get what I needed at an affordable price. She was super nice and friendly. Wonderful customer service!

Marquea is one of the nicest employees I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She went totally out of her way to help me with what I needed done. If she ever leaves this store. I'll stop doing business with it.

When I tell you this store deserve high praise I mean just that… Thanks Step and Keke!!! They saved my kids Christmas.. Please Please Go see them for your wireless needs. You won’t be disappointed! It’s most definitely my new go to store.

My customer service was AWESOME my last visit to AT&T in my hometown. I switched my mom over from Android to iPhone for Christmas and Ericka was VERY helpful during the switch. She answered all of my questions and reassured my nervous mom that her switch would be easy. She made my mom feel comfortable and she even told her to come back by the store if she has any questions about her new phone once I leave. The overall experience was wonderful!!

Eric the Manager is a wonderful young man.
Knowledge, personable, attentive and patient.
He has a great rapport with his clients as well as his employees.

My Fiancé and myself decided it was time to get upgrades on our previous iPhone XR's, and we were immediately greeted by Kenisha Hollingsworth the second we stepped inside of the AT&T store. She was very sweet, humorous, and all around very helpful. She took her time to explain every detail of our upgrades! We love our new Phones, and the process went smoothly. This woman deserves a RAISE!

God Bless You All Out-there This Afternoon!!! My experience at the AT&T Store this afternoon was awesome. There wasn't anyone else in the store when I entered. The young lady explained to me what was truly going on with my phone. She helped me to remove those power draining (Apps) from my phone. You all out there (Please) be careful. I'm able to use my Cellphone as usual now, but I'm still going to keep this mishap in the back of my head, and I'm hoping this phone will last until I am able to purchase a new one.
