McDonald's

I love this McDonald’s! First, it has a play place. My kid is obsessed. Second, staff is the friendliest. I love coming here and feel so welcome. Third, food is good! I mean, it’s McDonald’s, but the food is fresh and crispy.

The food is normal, and they’ve got a good play area for kids.

The area for eating and playing is a little cramped, but over all it’s a good spot for kids to play during winter.

The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building! They were so busy. The workers were so nice I was greeted with a smile by each 1 of them. The line moved so quickly I was so happy. Our food was fresh and hot.

The playground is open again, however, since the days of covid, they have since removed the self-service soft drinks. You now have to ask them behind the counter for a refill. Which is a bit difficult during busy hours. The time I was in there they had no one manning the front counter and instead made everyone use the kiosks. I don't exactly have an issue with but there are some things the Kiosk doesn't give you an option for when ordering with a person.

The drive thru employee, the older lady that makes you feel like she is your aunt, is always super nice in the evenings. They are very quick as well.

The app confuses sometimes but the food is always consistent

This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. The people that work here are very friendly and efficient. I do not like not ordering from people! Not the techy type. This McDonald's has a lot of class.

I use the drive through furring the week at lunch time and it’s always great! Staff is so friendly and my food is always fresh.

I came back to change my last review. I had previously commented on the slow service. However, my past several visits have been great! Very quick, good quality food, and friendly staff. This location really turned it around!

Who doesn't crave a cheeseburger once in a while?

I’ve given up on having expectations for McDonald’s food. I mean, it just is what it is. We hate it, but love it, and return back to the luminescent arches like moths to a flame. Today when my little one demanded chicken nuggets, however, the fries I bought for myself were surprisingly delicious. Maybe this McDonald’s changes their fry oil, or just cares, I don’t know. But whatever they’re doing, I like it.

Since I transferred from my last store of 2 years the crew and management are great to work for . 5 stars best crew

They just completed a complete remodel with a new play area. Very nice!! Staff was courteous and helpful. Food was good and the kids had fun. Nothing negative to say. We come here from Bedford about 2x per month to eat and play. As far as people disliking slow service and mixed up orders, this happens everywhere even $$$$ restaurants. They have always made things right here with no questions asked.

Amazing McDonald's! Streetsboro McDonald's was great, one of the best that I have ever been to. The food looks like it could have been on one of their commercials, tastes fresh and hot. The service was fast and friendly. These cashiers made me feel at home, very friendly people here. Please keep up the good work.

I used my app again at the restaurant and once again, the drive thru was very quick!! Love eating here!!

Awesome and inexpensive little Irish joint that sells all sorts of American fare. Atmosphere was nice too, except, there was a strange clown hanging out the whole time we were there and I feel like he was staring at my kids a little too intently. Regardless, try the craft burger with their special sauce, delicious!

Truck Parking!!! Nice to see McDonald's Corporation has taken advantage of offering ample truck parking behind the store. No extended or overnight stays but easily accessible. The bathroom was small but clean. service was very fast. Also a small play area for children which also looked clean.

Very fast drive thru line. I expect a lot of people are using the mobile app, making it a smooth experience. Food is hot - happy daughter!
