Not kidding - this is the best taco bell I've been to. Staff is always friendly and fast, especially at the drive through. The food always comes out remarkably fast. The burritos I get are always hot and assembled neatly with plenty of ingredients.

Not sure how this place gets bad reviews. Y’all are spoiled lol. This place is a million times better than the twinsburg one where you sit in line 40 min? Last time i was there, the chick in front of me got out of her car and walked back and asked me to back out so she could leave. I hear ya, girlie, but no im not doing that. Twinsburg location is nuts tho. It is ‘haunted’, maybe thats why lol. Anyway this streetsboro one is good, awesome veg powerbowls and no lines in the daytime (unlike tburg — lines always!!)

I placed an order on the app for pick up that involved several items that were customized, and the order was 100% correct, and it was available exactly at the time I requested. It was amazing, and the service was excellent!

Best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. JR was super funny and nailed our orders perfectly Even though the register wasn't working. They had great music playing in the kitchen and everyone just seemed genuinely happy. Order was received almost as soon as I put my card away and was delicious. 10/10 would recommend

I tend to spend more because how easily the app is customizable. I can add or swap just about any food item. I add avocado ranch sauce on everything. Need to bring back Baja sauce, they still sell it in stores

Dined in at 4:30 on a Sunday. Inside was so nice and clean. Placed order on mobile app and it was ready super quick by the time we came in and sat down. Everything we ordered was so fresh and delicious!

Stopped there last night on my way home. Service was great and the food was fresh and made with care. The items I ordered were made perfectly and filled. My wife said her protein bowl was the best she ever had.

The customer service and staff are top notch. I love the food and the people that work there at the drive through window are always super nice. I've been a long time customer.

My husband an i just left taco bell literally at 3:07am Friday night the staff was nice an very Intel about there credit card machine problem. I thank you for that. An also our food was fresh an hott made correctly an omg was so delicious best taco bell experience an food we had!! Excellent food, of course, and service. Gets crowded but a full team enables lines to go quickly.

This is by far the best Taco Bell and possibly even fast food restaurant I have ever been to. We had a $50 order and they got everything correct BRITTANY has the best customer service skills I’ve ever witnessed! Thank you so much Brittany you are AWESOME! Taco Bell promote them please!!!

Brittany and her coworker were very good given their situation! she apologized for the long wait and the fact they're understaffed, gave us some coupons for free tacos and gave us free cinnamon twists since they were out of an ingredient that I asked for. very hard workers!!

Went there to get food. I'm from here but moved across the united states' just visiting. I'm picky when ordering my food they didn't mess up the order I was in and out the drive through in now time. Drinks weren't super watered down with ice either. Food was great and tasted fresh!

The lady at the drive thru was awesome. Every customer service person should strive to be like her.

Normally only two people working here, so at times it can be slow. However it is always hot food with super nice people at the window. So I don't really care, it's worth the wait.

This place definitely does not disappoint.
Food is always fresh and yummy.
Staff is always attentive.
I started coming her when they opened (around 2012), I move to nyc for 4 years and was hopeful it was as good as I remembered. . . Not dissatisfied at all.

Taco Bell, like most fast food joints, can be wildly inconsistent depending mainly on how happy the employees are. Happy employees = clean restaurant, carefully made food, FRESH food, good food. Unhappy employees = dirty restaurant, sloppy/old tacos burritos quesadillas etc. This place has happy employees, is clean, and the food is quality. 10/10 as far as Taco Bells go.

My hard tacos actually stayed together throughout my entire meal. The meat was made fresh because was actually hot. I should have ordered more that day. It was like I had won the taco lottery.
