Just ordered door dash from there because I’m at work. Amazing chicken strips and French fries! Portions are amazing . Thank you !

The staff Jay me and June are the best for me in the morning. I been told the rest of the staff are great too !!!

I go here because of the discount you get with Giant Eagle, and also because they have free air to fill your tires which seems to becoming more rare theses days.

First time visit place is clean and efficient.

I stopped at the Streetsboro Ohio location to get gas around 9:00 p.m. and the clerk told me that the store was closed even though the door was unlocked and the hours on the window and on the website all said that they close at 11:00 p.m.

They couldn’t make change at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday.
I had zero gas and had to leave to go else where. 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Maybe someone should have gone to a bank to get change for their customers.

You need to update your times on the GetGo website and Google. So many people including myself drive by there thinking it’s open until 9pm just to find it’s not. You’re also losing business by not updating the timings.

So today when Monica was working she was making racist remarks about customers to other customers…. Very unprofessional

Awe full my husband and I stopped there this morning at 6:10 and the pumps weren’t on
Sign states open at 6 am
The lady inside wouldn’t even acknowledge us being there
Poor poor service
It would have been different if she would have opens the door and said something to us
But she just ignored us
Not good

Price on sign broken 35x at pump vs 317 on broken sign management would correct

Card reader doesn't work. Getting gas elsewhere.
