AT&T Store

Great experience and customer service. Eve has been a pleasure to work with and has been helpful throughout the process. A sense of dedication and ownership of the customer experience seems to be rare these days and was much appreciated.

My husband and I went in to the Olathe store on Blackbob to get help with a billing issue and a credit that was due on our account. We had been trying to get it fixed for awhile and we were feeling very frustrated. We had an appointment with Eve in December and she spent a lot of time with us trying to fix the problem. She was able to get our bill fixed and our credit issued. Fast forward to February and 2 bills later still no credit on our account. I reached out to Eve again. She got right back to me and tirelessly resolved the issue and finally got us our credit. She goes above and beyond for her customers. She ROCKS! Thank you Eve!!!!!

Eve Chantel and Alyssa went above and beyond to help me solve issues that at least 4 visits to other stores and 4 or 5 phone calls to customer service couldn’t solve. I came in extremely upset and ready to throw in the towel with AT&T after over a decade. But, They assured me they were going to help, they maintained a positive and reassuring demeanor and delivered on their promise. It is evident that Eve leads her team to care about their customers and ensure that they are heard and taken care of. These 3 make it look easy and kept me as a customer.

The lady and gentleman from at & t fiber made sure I left extremely Happy when I walked in angry. My teacher discount wasn’t added to my account this whole time I’ve had service in the last year 1/2 and they added it and got me credit for three months! It’s better than nothing, i recommend this store! 10/10

We visited the store at 119th and Blackbob. We were greeted and helped by Daniel. He was absolutely amazing! I wish I could give him 10 stars! He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. We ended up getting 2 new phones and added another line to the account. Great experience!

Christian Munoz was extremely helpful to my wife and me. My wife needed a new phone. He was very patient and explained everything we needed for the new phone. I would highly recommend him for any kind of service and sales needs. I will definitely come back to this ATT store.

Came in to have my screen protector warrantied. Christian was a huge help! Very detail oriented and made sure to get all of the dust and debris off of my screen before and during the application. Great experience, would recommend.

Stopped in with my wife and daughter after spending a very unreasonable amount of time on the phone with AT&T. Chantel helped us. She was incredibly friendly and super efficient. She was helping multiple people at once. She was able to update our account, actually reduce our bill and took took care of what customer service (multiple departments couldn’t figure out) in about 5 mins. I have not had any other interactions with their other employees. But, she is as awesome. Definitely going back when I need help or a new phone.

Jacob is so kind! He cleaned out my boyfriend's charger port on his phone and it's finally charging normally again after 2

I broke my phone today and was panicking (because my phone is my brain). Shout out to David who got me a great deal on a replacement (and upgrade) for an awesome price. He got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and was about as congenial as could be. Give David a raise!
