First time at this place! We were driving through cuz boyfriend is addicted to magic of gathering, he and I were very impressed with this store. Very clean and lots of stuff.

I placed an order online and it was an awesome experience. They helped me refund my first order so I could order a few extra things and within a half an hour my order was ready and heading out the door! Their staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, the shipping (though for me was a little expensive) was SUPER fast, I think it took only two days! The cards I ordered were in better condition than I was expecting and I can absolutely warmly recommend them for any of your trading cards you're collecting or looking to get into! Singles, sealed boosters, box packs, and even bulk cards!

Great customer service! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Collectors Cache has a great selection of Pokémon, Magic and sports cards. The owner and staff are honest and friendly. My family loves to shop and play there. Collector’s Cache helps to support the community and recently donated Pokemon tins to my son’s school. Thank you for your donation the children loved them.

they always have the best prices in town, and I always have my best pulls here. they are super welcoming when you are coming in to play and learn other card games as well! I have been shopping here for years and the service and friendliness has increased so much. great spot to hit up, I take all my collector friends here when they are in town.

Improved their baseball selection while keeping their yugioh and Pokemon sections just as sizable. Always well priced and great seating of course. Cameron seems to enjoy his job.

Came here for the first time to buy some Pokémon cards for my six year old and was very impressed. John D helped my son and I get a better understanding of which cards to buy to learn how to play since he is a beginner. Great job explaining the different cards to battle, but also why you would want to protect certain cards to maintain their value. He ended up giving my son a card binder, a box to store his cards, and some other essentials. John’s willingness to go above and beyond to help a young player get started was beyond what I expected when I walked in the door.

Had a fun time opening into the inklands with my brother. We each opened a case each from collectors cache. I pulled Kida enchanted and my brother sadly pulled none but pulled plenty of legendaries (I got a full set and my brother was just missing kida). Other than that we completed our non-foil collection. My main pulls from the case was on the left and my brothers case was on the right . Thanks again collectors cache!

Jaylon and John D. showed exceptional customer service during my visit today! You can tell these individuals love what they do. They invest their time and knowledge into the children that come in and don’t rush you like other stores.

One of the coolest and most knowledgeable card shops I’ve been to in the last 10 years. JP was great and answered any and all of our questions and curiosities. We visited from out of state and if you’re visiting Kansas City and are a TCG fan of ANY kind, this is the only place to go from what I can tell based off the surrounding area.

CC has been around for a long time…and there reputation is proven. Lots of great TCG selection… and tons of space. They need to work on their Sports Card inventory and knowledge, but hard to complain about everything else… stop by and enjoy Collectors Cache!!

The absolute best place for card games in the KC area (and beyond). Great prices, there's always a tournament or other supported event going on, and the staff are really top notch. Jackson and John know there stuff and take care of me better than any normal store would. Trading is also great. Can't say enough good things about them.

For a long time this has been my favorite shop because of their wide selection across all different types of collectibles. But after my most recent visit, this is now my absolute favorite shop because of how incredible their staff is.

We brought our kids and a friend from Colorado who is new to collecting into this shop and had the best experience. The staff was so knowledgeable and we had 1 in particular who helped all of us learn more about collecting Pokemon cards. Unfortunately I don’t recall his name but I’m certain no matter what, I’ll have a great experience with the staff here every time I come back. My youngest son was upset that he couldn’t get a collectors plush that he wanted since it was out of our price range for the day (he is 7 and thought they were cool and didn’t quite understand why they were collectible) and this staff member’s kind gestures had him walking out with the biggest smile on his face.

I would recommend this store to anyone and highly deserves all the stars I can give.

Man what an experience this company is the real deal from beginning until the very end. I bought a couple mid era pokemon cases via email it was a little awkward at first because I don’t really use email I asked if they could give me a call he not only called me but went the extra mile to make me feel more than comfortable not even 24 hrs later after closing the deal the package was at my front steps!!! The packaging was literally perfect!! Thank you again for such a fantastic experience!!!

Great place!!! We’ve ordered online in the past, but this was the first time we’ve ever gone into the store. The staff was super friendly from the minute we walked in the door. Jaylon went out of his way to make sure my kid was at ease by talking Pokémon with her. LARGE selection of inventory! Will definitely stop by again when back in town!
