The LEGO® Store Oak Park

Love the store! I can spend all my cash here easily if I could. They have something here for everyone. It doesn’t matter how old or young you are. On this visit I bought some legos for my son and myself. The store was crowded as usual but stocked very well. I will always easily Recommend this store. It’s a must go to!!!!!

Cool store with great displays of their legos. Our youngest spent awhile in there looking at all the displays they had set up. It was very well organized and with friendly staff. There was a wait in line to enter because they limit the number of customers in the store.

Talk about TOP OF THE CHARTS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Move over Disney, because this Lego store has you beat! I came in knowing NOTHING about Legos. My daughter is very interested in them. While I looked around the workers told me they have Duplo Legos in a bin for my kids to play with (2 and 4). And I know stores say that but I genuinely felt like they wanted my kids to explore. There was a female worker who explained the make your own Lego people. My daughter was so excited to make one, but I had no idea how the wing accessories went on. the female worker was nothing but helpful when my daughter asked her for help not once, but twice. She took a moment to show her how to take the person apart to attach the wings.
We were easily in that store for 25+ minutes just playing and exploring. I had NO intention of buying anything ( I specifically told my kids we weren’t buying anything) but because we were able to experience playing with the items I could get an understanding of what my kids liked. The great service didn’t end there. When we went to check out the gentleman upfront made a connection with my son and he talked about his child how they both like the car legos. He told me about the Lego membership to earn rewards. So I signed up. Then he gave us a flyer to tell us about the Lego Play center in downtown KC. Which we knew nothing about this as we are a military family and just moved here. I just felt so good leaving the store. We were NEVER pressured to buy anything but more or less to enjoy our time. FANTASTIC JOB!!! You have a devoted customer from now on. Easiest $50.00 I’ve ever spent.

Very efficient, plenty of people working to handle the business. We had to wait about 5 minutes to get in.

I love Legos and so does a good chunk of my family. I always enjoy a stroll through this store. The staff are very friendly and can answer any question you may have (outside of if my Dad already owns the set 😄)
They are always coming up with new and fun legos- definitely a place to check out.

Amazing place! Friendly staff! Huge selection of amazing Lego sets. Very intricate and fascinating builds that depict popular movies like Harry Potter and Star Wars. Replicas of great pieces of architecture like the Eiffel Tower, a huge build of the Titanic, and more.

Staff are super helpful and friendly. Most enjoy Legos as much as the customers do.

The Lego store was pretty good. They had some pieces you could build with(but not take it home unless you bought it). They also had models of Lego builds.

Our boy is a Lego fanatic and Ashton and Spencer (I hope I remember their names right) were absolutely fabulous. They made him feel super special and were so helpful when we needed help finding things. I've honestly never seen my son so excited in a store before. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the staff here. They have the best customer service and are always so pleasant to interact with.

LEGO is such a cool brand and so is the store it’s designed like a 2x4 LEGO brick the pick a brick was and the display cases everything in the store is amazing

Great service. Very helpful and willing to help - took my little 2 year old in to find a couple sets for her and they helped carry things to the counter for us as our hands were full. Left with a very happy toddler.

The Lego Store was amazing! They made sure that we were all being safe and still allowed us the time we wanted to make our selections! The staff was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely go back there!

S/O to Melissa and Alex for helping find a missing piece for my Back To The Future set. They went out of their way to find one missing obscure lego peice I was almost certain they wouldn’t have but they ended up finding it in the back of the store.
