For anyone who needs the great products that are carried by Sally’s, but venturing in there is sometimes daunting, TAKE HEART! This is the Sally’s that should be know as the Good vibe Sally’s. The floors are immaculate, like mirrors. The shelves are loaded with everything, yet it is so very controlled and organized. The best part is the employees. Sorry, but in my old Sally’s that is actually one mile from my home, I felt so drained walking in the door. The employees never even looked up at you. If you needed something they were short and cool. The best I can say is that this Sally’s is like on a higher plane. ..... The ENERGY of this place is uplifting , not scary and weird. I will drive further to experience this instead of the shadow store. Ty. 😊

I think her name was sharon? But wow! She was so helpful with my purchase and so nice! She gave really good customer service, and helped me out alot and saved me money. I really appreciated that!!

Great customer service! Attentive workers. I went in with a picture of the product I wanted - without the name of the brand. They were able to identify the brand and found exactly what I wanted. I was very grateful!

The girl with blonde hair was so helpful. I was looking for wax supplies and she was extremely knowledgeable.

Their prices can't be beat . Staff mostly knowledgeable. always has what I need in stock. Love Sally's

I had a very good experience with a young gal named Alanna. She was very nice and provided me with a lot of useful information. I really liked her attitude and help. However— her other coworker or maybe manager— wasn’t as nice with me. I also didn’t like that the bag was 15 cents but there’s nothing the store can do about that. That aforementioned coworker, or maybe manager talked if I wasn’t there. Alanna was the only nice one in there. Next time I hope to visit, I hope her coworkers would be nice like she was.

This company and their inventory is trash now. I have come in multiple times looking for something and when they don’t have it their only excuse is COVID messed up the shipment flow. I don’t buy that excuse anymore because there is so many other stores whose shipments are fine. I came in and only ended up buying one item and the cashier looked at me like I was a ghost and kept asking me if I wanted to buy this or that. I don’t know if they are required to harass people to buy more stuff as a part of their job but it was very rude because I don’t see what the problem with buying only one thing is. I don’t mind the 15 cent bag because it’s for a good reason and it’s not a horrible way to cut costs but that’s about it. I was shopping around in the store and it is small so I can hear the loud talk about these credit cards and it’s foolish. When I check out I do not want to be harassed about a credit card or to buy more stuff. I continued to shop here because you can get coupons but I don’t think that is enough anymore. I’ve been going to shop at local beauty supply stores, mom and pop or independently owned ones and it’s so much better! They have so many more products to choose from and it is actually cheaper. I do not get asked all of these questions when I check out which makes it easy and it doesn’t feel like a fake experience where they just want you to sign up for something or want your money. Sally’s has really gone downhill and it is sad to say since I’ve shopped there for so long.
