Weird Brothers Coffee

One of my favorite coffee shops in Northern Virginia. Their coffee is unmatched, only rivaled by their incredible service and food. I've been to other Weird Bros Coffee shops, and this one IN MY OPINION is better.

The coffee, of course, is the same across all locations but there's something about this shop that makes feel accepted and welcomed by other weirdos who have a slight (crippling) coffee addiction.

Maybe it's the atmosphere, maybe it's the staffs up beat attitude no matter the time of day, or maybe it's because it's small and cozy, that makes me enjoy this shop.

I guess the best way I can describe it would be: The cozy book nook on a book shelf that comes to life and serves you a fresh cup of wake-up nectar.

Sorry, no food pics this time. I ate it before the thought of taking a pic crossed my mind. Just know it was something to behold with your eyes and your stomach!

I’m so glad I found Weird!

This is another location that I love the service and the offerings. This location used to be a Starbucks (last time I visited was almost 5 years ago), they kept some of the setup but what they offer is so much more: energy drinks, coffee concoctions, pastries…. all their drinks are interestingly named but delectably prepared for your enjoyment - coconut, white chocolate and hazelnut, lavender white chocolate , delicious combination of flavors. They offer their drinks hot, cold(iced) or blended. Prices reasonable. Service personable.

We have collaborated with many different local organizations and other small businesses along the way. Weird Brothers Coffee also supports local school sports, music, and theater arts programs. Not only do we work in our community but we live here too. We have kids that go to the local schools and many team members who are local school alumni. We believe that supporting local sports and arts are a foundational principle. Not only do these enriching activities get kids out and about, but they are building character and skills that will help them all make this world a better place!

Beautiful casual coffee shop ☕ with a ton of options & character. I enjoyed the cozy feel I usually get from Chicago cafes and the weird brother latte was a really nice surprise, tasted like a warm cozy holiday evening. Definitely worth the visit if you would like to treat yourself to a nice coffee.

Our household knows and understands that all great adventures begin and end with Weird Brothers Coffee. They have convenient locations. Their app makes ordering ahead so easy that my husband loves just running inside for his Dark Star or Wonka Bar, without having to wait in line. I know, I spoil him 🤣.

After moving to Herndon, definitely one of my new favorite coffee shops in NOVA! Staff at the shop are friendly. Their coffee is fantastic and there are plentiful choices of different blends and variety. There's also plenty available for the non-coffee drinkers too. Lastly, as someone who has a gluten allergy the fact that they offer a number of different gluten-free foods including sandwiches made on site with gluten free bread is very much appreciated.

Great roasters, amazing coffee, good place and friendly people. Wish I had been to this place earlier.

They have a lot of good hot and cold coffee options. If it’s your first time, staff will help you choose. And they can get your name right the first time.

They have quick bite options with paninis, salad, toast, smoothies and even pastries. And did I mention ice cream.

Place is very clean, some table seating is available. Service is quick. There’s short term parking available in front of shop.

There is a smaller Weird Brothers location not far from this World Gate location. I'm happy to see they have expanded to a bigger shop yet the quality is still the same.

I usually go for a simple latte or chai but the choices here are endless. It's kind of paralyzing if you don't know what you want. Happy to see the owners are into Star Wars. There's a drink called "Mandalorian" lol and there are many other SW references. You can order small food too but I've never tried it. The vibe is pretty cool and most importantly the coffee is GOOD! If I'm not mistaken, they roast their own beans. Skip Starbucks. If you have never been to Weird Brothers, try them instead!

Overall a great place, and they have 2 other locations with the same experience (oneore in herndon and another in Leesburg - Leesburg location has live music sometimes!)🪄

The moment I entered the cafe, many types of peschuri and sandwiches caught my eye. What surprised me even more was that I couldn't help but be surprised by the types of lattes. It was, next time I have a chance, I want to visit it again.

Excellent selection of drinks and food. A local favorite with geeky references that make each visit fun. Also the reviews saying that they are not open weekends is incorrect for this location. They are open everyday.

Really cool atmosphere, very chill, nice folks working there, clean, reasonable prices, REALLY good nitro Irish cream cold brew! Pretty good food.

Great coffee and breakfast place. Clean and friendly staff. They brew their own trademark coffees. We got an Ethiopian pour over and latte. Both were very nice. They have paninis breakfast sandwiches and toast along with lots of bakery choices.

The atmosphere here is exactly what you’re looking for to be honest, really gives the 90s coffee shop vibe and makes you feel warm when you walk in. There’s lots of really amazing artwork and on top of that they have other gift items such as candles which smell amazing btw

Lavender chai was a little sweet for my liking. I got the extra large which can be shared between 2 people. The almond croissant was super yummy. Totally worth the price

I enjoy having a local coffee shop that has quality food and coffee.
They recently added protein shakes to their menu, and I am a huge fan of the shakes. It makes sense since the gym as nearby. I recommend trying their protein shakes.

Weird Bro's second location in Herndon sits in a converted office lobby. The vibe isn't as eclectic as their first location but all of the space is great. More outdoor seating would make it even better. It's setup well for working from the coffee shop, if the monotony of your home has gotten to you.

Their espresso drinks are just so good, especially lattes with oat milk mmm! This location is less crowded too, so you get your coffee faster. Long live Weird Bros!

Wonderful friendly folks, great place to study, but bring your headphones because it can be loud. Lots of veggie and some vegan pastry options. Drinks are expensive, similar to Starbucks prices.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I love Weird Brothers. Both Locations. Fantastic coffee, baristas, food, pastries, SUPPORT LOCAL! I go there almost every day, they all know me. Tammy is always welcoming and I try and send my gym clientele their way as often as I can. Run, don't walk, to Weird Brothers Coffee!
