Kohl's

Excellent experience here with last-minute Christmas shopping. Bought a number of very good items. And when I noticed that I was charged a bit more than what the sign said on the rack for something, a woman in customer service instantly took off the added price and called colleagues to check the price shown on the rack. Turned out that closely-related but less expensive items were accidentally placed under a price sign for other items. Good experience all around at Kohl's for the holidays. Much appreciated.

This Kohl's is conveniently located in the heart of Herndon, close to the intersection of Centreville Rd. and Herndon Dvwy. There is a large parking lot out front, as well as a multi-level garage a short distance away. It has a decent selection of clothing, accessories, and housewares, as well as a helpful Amazon Returns kiosk (sometimes they move this capability to the Customer Service desk). Each time I've been there, the staff have been polite and helpful. I usually go to return my Amazon purchases, but with the immediate coupons you receive when you return, I've often bought a couple items with the coupon. Pretty neat perk, I think.

I always loved going to this specific Kohl's. The staff is always friendly they know where everything is and despite the long checkout lines it moves pretty fast. I shop here a good bit but it's definitely my secret weapon on Christmas Eve. The manager who was working up front on Christmas Eve right around closing time was especially was very helpful and sweet. I already checked out and had no idea that they carried picture frames so I came back in to ask and it saved me a trip. THANK YOU!!

Nice, clean, and quiet. Easy to a lomg, most times there's a check out line. I personally find Kohl's expensive
The store has nice respectful customers service. The store is neat, but There is quite a few products with no tax on them. Which caused me to be a little bit impatient, so they lost a shopper.
However, I do understand a lot of brick and mortar, And they're short staff, so maybe that's why a lot of the products don't have tags on them

Typical department store, decent prices and selection. Very empty when I was there, so it was nice and quiet with no wait at the checkout. Customer service was good.

Placed an online order of towels and pillowcases when they were having a major sale. I arrived at my scheduled pick up time. They were very accommodating in the way my purchases were packed.

Loved the service I got from an associate called Fero or Ferol. More people need to be like her.

Almost everything is marked down. Except the luggage and I need to buy a medium spinner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and bright.

The ladies working there are very nice. Lots off hand sanitizer available. I had an exchange with no tag but I had the gift receipt and they did it no problem. It seemed like they have lots of everything in stock as well. I'll probably be back before the holiday season is over.

I found a top that goes with the Colored Pants I brought with me. The Associate are most helpful.

They have great mens dress clothes, and such great sale prices. There was a customer bullying a manager right before close. She was so polite and even had someone open another register to help us. I asked the man not to cuss in front of my wife and he got worse. The manager met us at the door on the way out to personally apologize, even though it wasnt her fault. Such a sweet woman. Its sad that a man would fuss at a group of women.

I was waiting for my wife while she was shopping and made the mistake of wandering over to the shoe department. Bought the nicest pair of men's shoes. Pleasantly surprised. Couple days later I got a good comment from a friend on how good the shoes were. Oh yeah...she came out with arms full !!!
