Sarah made us comfortable the whole time from ordering food to getting the check. And she didn’t forget to frequently check if we needed anything. We did enjoy our dinner! Thank you!

First time at this location since the one nearby closed down. I wasn’t disappointed! Our server Ella was very knowledgeable about the menu and was super sweet. We ordered the blooming onion and wow was it good! We got steaks as our meals and they were juicy and amazing. Finally to finish the meal off we got the chocolate thunder from down under- it’s a staple every time we go to outback!

Our location just closed down so this was our first time visiting the Herndon location. Our server, Nick, was on top of it, getting us situated and fed quickly. The food was just as yummy as expected. Didn’t feel like a steak tonight - first time ever straying from beef at Outback - so tried the blooming fried chicken and it was a win too. Outback never disappoints.

Oh man, you can never go wrong at Outback Steakhouse. No matter what you order, it’s always good and customer service is on point. Good for the whole family. I strongly recommend. 👍🏻

Sarah was so sweet and attentive! Made for such a great dining experience. She went above and beyond for us and the food was outstanding.

She was incredible extremely friendly very attentive even though she was very busy and very patient with my moms dietary restrictions due to heart disease I really do thank and appreciate her also the manager was very friendly and asked a couple of times how our experience was. Also the food was delicious the restaurant was very clean as always and the whole experience was very pleasant

Today I came to celebrate my birthday with my daughter. We had a fun and relaxing time. Ash was always there to assist us with anything we needed. She was really sweet and cheerful. She is an amazing employee!!! I will definitely come back.

Had a very good dinner. Food was great, beers and drinks were very good and service was terrific. It was a birthday event and they comped us a dessert too. They always do a good job of meeting dietary restrictions. This new location is very nice inside - plenty of space, comfortable seating, big bar and nicely decorated. Hey, its a chain but great quality.

Went about 2 hours before closing. Was seated very quickly after placing an online reservation 20 minutes prior to arriving. Our waitress "Ash" was very tentative and super friendly. I would recommend you ask for her every time. The restaurant was about 2/3 of the way full.

Parking was somewhat cumbersome due to all the spots in the front and on the side were full but there is plenty of parking in the rear. Even though it's a long walk to the front of the building especially if there's weather or it's windy like it was last night.

The restaurant was very clean and extremely close to our hotel. The food came very quickly, the fastest I've ever experienced before or after Covid. There appeared to be no shortage of staff here. Our drinks came within minutes of ordering. Our appetizer, the Aussie Cheese Fries were melted perfection with tangy ranch dipping sauce. My GF and I split an entree of the Outback Center Cut Sirloin with loaded baked potato, and I had the mashed potatoes too. She also got their Mac and Cheese premium side. Everything was delicious. The steak was a little more pink than Medium Well should have been, but it was quite juicy needing no steak sauce. The steak also had some spicy kick to it, and I was glad I ordered sweet tea because I would need it. The bread we got was a bit dry also, but everything else was perfect, and the wait staff, along with the Manager, were very busy tending to tables and always smiling while doing so.

I was very impressed. Again, don't forget to ask for "Ash," not Ashely, just "Ash." This was our first trip to the city and to this establishment, and we will definitely be looking forward to returning again soon.

Had dinner here today with Katya as our server, and we were very well taken care of. The steak was roasted beautifully and our servers etiquette was very conforming with fine dining. Great atmosphere and experience

Awesome experience as always in Herndon! The Sunday bartender Laura is fantastic! I stop in often and have gotten to know the managers Doug & Hector and everyone here is outstanding! The food is amazing every single time!

My fiancé and I decided to stop in last Tuesday as it was our last day of vacation and we wanted a few drinks and our beloved Aussie cheese fries.
We grabbed seats at the bar and were immediately greeted by a sweet young bartender, I believe her name was Alex. She was conversational, knowledgeable and truly delightful. Made me a superb "Aussie Jawsie" too!
Our cheese fries were perfect and quite possibly the CHEESIEST we've ever had at an Outback! They definitely did not hold back.
Lovely experience. We look forward to returning to the Herndon location.

Had a wonderful experience at Outback with my family, an evening full of delicious food and excellent service by Nick P…P should stand for perfect!!! He was welcoming and attentive to our table. I wish he could serve us everywhere! Thank you to Outback for a dinner to remember.

Once again, Outback did not disappoint; although, the Ribeye could have used a touch more seasoning. The entire experience was amazing and we have our super talented waiter, Mikayla, to thank! She was attentive, patient and quite knowledgeable. We were never without. Mikayla is an asset to this establishment! 🔥🔥💯🥰

Always tasty steaks, salads and drinks. This location looks spiffy and new inside. The staff was great, especially Ash who gets 5 stars easy.

The service was great at this location. Our hostess Gaby was very helpful and friendly, same for the rest of the staff we interacted with. Food and drinks were delicious as well.

I am on a business trip and this is within walking distance of my hotel. My server Sarah was awesome! She was so good that I came back two nights in a row and requested her the second visit. First visit I had the New York Strip with the garlic butter add on, good call. The second night I had the cheeseburger, really good. Both nights Sarah was fantastic. Thank you!

We love this restaurant! Always excellent! The filet is so good! Perfectly prepared and delicious! Tonight we had Nick P as our server—he’s definitely the best!
