Dropped by for some bagels, and the lady who took the order is just wonderful. We got what we want plus an extra cream cheese to go. Sorry forgot to ask her name, we appreciate your good customer service.

Just stopped in for a quick pick up order. Friendly, attentive staff, clean area, and fast service. Parking is challenging but that's typical.

Good place for Coffee and pastries, they serve freshly baked pastries thats really tasty and must try, Had lot of place to dine and take away also available.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful, serving customers with smile and patience.
I strongly recommend panera for coffee especially Hazelnut coffee.

Modern Greek Quinoa Salad is pretty good. Worth adding extra almonds, if you like that is, for an additional 50 cents.

This is the best Panera in the area. Very clean and nice inside, friendly staff, and great service. I come here a lot and I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong or forgotten something.

I'll start with this morning, I made a rapid pickup order and had gotten a notification that it was ready. Not even thinking about it, I walked over. The store had been closed, but the manager still let me come in and get my order. I was greeted with nothing but kindness. It's this way every time I've come in, even if it's just to get a coffee. Great staff and excellent service.

I always get top-notch service at this location! Unlike any other I've been to. Often, I come in with my two toddler girls, and almost always get a visit and/or a kind word from the manager-- sometimes even a free treat when the girls are having a rough day! Someone always comes around to our table to make sure we have what we need. Food is always prepared promptly and with the correct modifications. I have NO complaints. Always a positive experience. Thank you!!!!

I had such an awesome experience ordering at this Panera location. The folks who were taking the orders this morning was kind and efficient. The food was so tasty and now I know what Panera standards are.. Thanks to everyone who makes the customer experience wonderful.

I was at first surprised by the size of the half sandwich, being a bit smaller than I thought it would be, but it was so good and my meal left me so satisfied!

Easily the best part is the broccoli cheddar soup! One of the best I've ever tasted. Will be frequenting this place

Workdgate is close to my work I go ofenly, the food is delicious and the team are very friendly.

I have always had a rather sensible stomach, so finding the right breakfast is essential for me, i have tried just about all other fast food places and they never cut it, I decided to try panera for the first time today, and i can finally said that i have tasted the best breakfast here. The food is fresh and serve fast, the staff is friendly. The food delicious and healthy.

I ordered delivery, but the order was delayed and missing my tea. It happens sometimes so I wasnt too bummed, but an hour later they delivered the tea and a box of complimentary pastries! That's just the coolest thing happen this week and definitely top shelf customer service. Way to go guys!

The staff is always nice & friendly. I ordered to the wrong store & they were able to help me out even though it was my fault. I frequent this Panera 5 days a week & never had an issue

Good food. Unfortunately, they messed up my order this time but that is not normal for them. I would not recommend the pizza flatbread unless you're ok with oily foods. They have some healthy options as well.

This is one of their smaller locations, but the food was delicious. They have an automated ordering kiosk which lets you make all of your special customizations and selections on the screen without holding up the line. Once the order is in, delivery was well packaged and delicious.

This location has great speedy service. They have touch screens for walk ins but I prefer to order ahead online. There are a few tables outside but no where to sit inside. I’d consider this a takeout only store.
