The Works Café

Albeit a chain cafe, this place is really good. The bagels and the bagel sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. The muffins (coffee cake flavored) were very good as well. The actually have a map on the wall showing where they source all of their ingredients from. The only negative comment is that it was rather crowded (at 1100 on a Sunday, go figure) and there is very limited seating.
Definitely recommend.

A must if you want to just get a taste of the Concorde vibe food is great the selection is amazing and the service is wonderful.

We visited this place a couple of times and cannot recommend more. Everything we tried was great. The ambience of the place and the fact that they source their ingredients from local vendors is cool. We had veggie burrito, chicken broccoli pesto Mac and cheese and paninis, everything was fresh and yummy. Their smoothies are amazing, no added sugars which is a healthy option. We tried their hot chocolate too which was pretty decent. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really fantastic! I got the recommendation from a coworker to try The Works. She is usually a health nut so I was a little nervous but there was a great selection of Sandwiches, Salads, Smoothies, and even a gourmet Mac & Cheese.

I got the Ham and Apple sandwich and an iced latte with oat milk. The iced latte was fantastic! The sandwich was great too. My family is excited to return for lunch again.

Nice spot. Great staff and the place is filled with energy. We went in, not knowing the venue, looking for a traditional Sunday breakfast. Instead we found a selection of breakfast sandwiches, salads, soups and baked goods. And the coffee was exo too. When in Concord, NH, we would return again.

Wow I was craving a good sandwich but I didn’t know I was about to get the best panini I’ve ever had!!! It was almost 2 inches thick of goodness. The sourdough bread was perfect it was hot and delicious! This place is busy I mean really busy but the food is sooo good you will forget you’re on planet earth! It’s a 3h drive from my home but it’s the kind of place you want to go just to get a sandwich.

Eaten here a couple of times over the years. I've always found the food delicious and the people really nice. Lots of goodness on the menu for lunch!

If you want a fresh bagel, salad, or sandwich, this is a great stop. They're usually very busy around lunch time but the staff are always quick and the food is always good. Great for quick light fare.

Stopped through on our way to the Boston area from Vermont. Coffee, smoothies, breakfast burrito, and cookies were scrumptious! If we find ourselves back this way, it’s a must-stop! Best place for LOCAL food!!!

Great place for a breakfast sandwich or bagel. Always tasty and fresh food. On weekends it can get busy but that’s not a huge deal. The only downside is the way they call your name when your food is ready. It’s often hard to hear what name they are saying over the restaurant noise. Last time I came I asked the guy to confirm because I couldn’t tell if he said my name or a similar sounding one. He didn’t say so I took the bag of food. There was no receipt or anything on the bag that would say a customer name or what food was inside. After i took it and looked inside I realized it wasn’t my order so I brought it back and explained the mistake. The guy got grouchy with me and said I should have listened for my name. I think this all could have been avoided if there were order numbers, or a receipt on the bag with a number, name or order contents.

Absolutely delicious bagels, sandwiches, and coffees as well as friendly service. My only complaint is the salmon picture is labeled as an Atlantic salmon, when it is very clearly a pink salmon in the picture. Yes, I’m a fish biologist.

The breakfast burritos were good and comforting. They were quite small but it was good enough for a quick breakfast.

It is a self service place but I still will give 5 star. Wanted to go here for sooo long and finally made it. The sandwich was really good, the chocolate croissants were to die for. I have to go back to try more food. I loved the environment for sure.

They serve loads of other things. Would have loved to try their other baked goods.

I wish I gave the works a try sooner! I had the sunrise breakfast burrito and it absolutely floored me it was so good!

Always a quick and organized experience, the Lox bagel is my go to! You can't get any more local than this place

Yum! Due to a new diagnosis I have started a new complicated diet, which makes it extremely difficult to eat out but this place was accommodating, had so many options and was so delicious! Great atmosphere and outdoor seating.

Great breakfast burrito and delicious drinks. Coffee and tea were the perfect pick me up to start the day. The classic smoothies was delicious as well.

The Works Cafe has a very large offering of food and bagels. Also, they have self service coffee and iced coffee (which I had never seen before). The cafe was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
