AT&T Store

AJ was FANTASTIC!!! He helped my mom get a new phone and made the process very easy. He is personable and patient I will definitely only come to this location from now on ! Everyone else in the store was super nice and chill. Definitely a great environment. Aj gave us some great offers and made sure we had access to all the deals available, also he set up my moms phone and made sure we didn’t leave with questions, he made everything clear. Thank you AJ! You rock ❤

This is probably the BEST AT&T store I’ve visited! They were super friendly, Knowledgeable and helpful with anything questions I had! Joseph provided noteworthy service that should be commendable! He aided in helping me get acquainted with my Apple Watch set up and was very transparent about information of improving our current AT&T plan! 10/10 would recommend this store and the AT&T experience.

Adam the manager was outstanding! I would definitely send people to him to get their services. He took time out help setup my aunt's and my phone. Joe was also a great help.

Adam was a great help to my nephew and myself . He took the time to educate me on my new iPhone , since I’m leaving an android. He was so pleasant and personable , I could of stay there all day with him teaching me how to operate my phone.

My son needed to upgrade his phone. Caleb was the person helping us with support from to other staff members, AJ Shaheen and Janielle Harris. Everything went quite smoothly and my son is happy with his new phone. Once things were well under with the phone, Janielle also was very helpful with some Direct TV questions that we had. All in all, we were very pleased with our experience yesterday!

KUDO'S to AJ Shaheen at Easton AT&T for his outstanding knowledge, abilities & patience in helping me get my data transferred over to a new phone replacement from insurance. Had some Important Note files that did not transfer & he figured out a work around. So very greatful!!!

Janielle was absolutely lovely! Came from another company and she delivered what I wanted. Super nice and friendly! Made me a very happy customer! Thanks to her I’m a new AT&T member!

5 stars and two thumbs up. Joe and and the rest of the staff were fantastic. They helped my niece get a new phone and transfer data. They made us feel like family. Don't hesitate to come see these folks.

Joe is bomb!! !He helped get a resolution to a problem that has been in on going for weeks!! This store is always has patient and well trained associates that are a pleasure to work with. All of the guys that were there during our hour long visit were very nice. If we need any assistance in the future we are sure to return to see Joe and the entire team again!

The staff here is amazing. After a long day at the zoo my family found their way to this shopping district looking for dinner. My son got sick after the heat and car ride while we passed this shop. The wonderful employees came out and offered their restroom to us to clean him up.
10/10 best customer service to someone in need. Great job.

Janielle H. Is an awesome and very helpful person. She helped me set up my new phone and took her time to explain everything. She hooked me up with all the accessories necessary to protect my phone and put the screen protector for me.

Quan was very patient with us as my friend upgraded her phone and worked out a technical issue with her Apple Watch. He was very helpful, friendly and knew what the hell he was doing! Very appreciate of his help today!

We were here on 8/11 and Janielle was extremely helpful in our very tricky situation regarding an iPhone upgrade. She took the time to talk us through all of our options, and went above and beyond to fix other issues on our plan/account, couldn’t recommend Janielle or this store enough.

The team was super helpful and patient. We had our credit locked from a past experience and they were very thoughtful helping us get through this so that we could successfully transfer our account from Verizon.

Came in with a billing question and Tim the manager helped us try and figure it out. Great in-store experience. Billing however, is trash. They gave us the runaround. we traded in phones that were paid off and never received credits for them. They basically stole my phone's and never gave me a trade in compensation.

I went into the store and AJ was able to help me tremendously with setting up my business account and also making sure we had knowledge on our new devices. I would definitely send any other customers to him for help

Our sales person, A.J. Shaheen, did an outstanding job working with us. He was very professional and pleasant. A.J. Was extremely knowledgeable about the products and procedures for our purchases. We would highly recommend him to others as well as our friends.

Quan and Dakota were amazing! They stayed until after the store closed to make sure my issue was resolved. They were very accommodating and made sure that I did not leave without my issue being taken care of. It was great customer service; it took me awhile to get them the proper information they needed to transfer me from another phone provider, but the whole time Quan and Dakota were both patient and kind.

Joe, James were so helpful. I'm so impressed at the quality of their customer service. I'm an older person and they didn't rush me. They walked me through the whole process. How to use the phone, the features. I felt so respected and truly appreciated. Like a new customer should.

Kyle helped me a lot and super competently twice in a row. Great advice for the phone model, phone arrived super swiftly. Then he helped me with a problem concerning the restoration of my old phone. The whole vibe in the store is friendly and customer- oriented. I will definitely come back when I need customer service! Great place.
