This is a nice location. They have a variety of items for any type of project you may have. The staff is nice as well.

The store is very organized, staff is friendly and so helpful when I needed. They have a lot of yarn options and this was just yesterday trip to the store! I order half online to pick up and bought a few more there. They have all the supplies I needed

I needed to update the wired ribbon around my glass block lamp. They had the right size and color, and Igot to use a coupon giving a discount from their app.

It may not be the most up to date Joanns in Columbus, but the selection is great. They have hidden gems and styles the other stores don’t always get.

I love this store! Everyone is always so helpful & upbeat. I never buy fabric, but the young lady at the cutting counter helped me figure out exactly what I needed. I also like that there's such a great selection of yarn for all my different ideas.

Every Associate I came across were super nice and knowledgeable. Great experience. This is my project. Recovering 50s chairs.

Huge store. Probably one of the biggest, if not the biggest Joann's I've ever been in. Very clean store with a large selection. Very nice and helpful staff. I needed some ribbons for my daughter and this location did not disappoint. Plenty of ribbons, all of which were well organized (a nice change from some other places) and as a bonus, they were having a sale. 10/10 Joann's !!

I've been visiting this Joann store for several years and greatly enjoy their wide selection, and the ever-changing seasonal items. Prices are reasonable, staff is very helpful, and the constantly revolving sales are nice, once you start tracking them. I appreciate the coupons offered on their app, also.

They pretty much have all the yarn I need! With frequent sales and coupons, it's at affordable prices.

The other day I was in looking for a specific type of fabric. The clerk went out of her way to help me find it. She was very nice and was quick to show me just what I was looking for.

The checkout line seems long at times when you first get to it on busy days but they manage to move it along at a very nice pace. This doesn't in any way lessen their person care of each customer, though. They're always friendly and helpful.

This Joanns is fairly large, and will have most anything in stock you need. The service is always consistently helpful, and I never have had issues with items not being in stock. They also honor competitors coupons and the cashiers are consistently awesome at helping to save as much money as possible.

I came here for a custom framing for a nice award I received recently and I must say I was not disappointed. The inside of the store was quite nice and when I got to the framing area the worker there was very friendly. She helped me with everything I needed and now my frame is better than I had hoped for. Honestly, if it hadn't been for her, Sarah I think, the whole thing wouldn't have been nearly as simple from what I could see. She just handled it very well. I'd highly recommend going here, especially if you need a frame done.

As a complete beginner in sewing I was feeling nervous about navigating a store as big as JoAnns. My sewing teacher told our class that JoAnns is the best place to find everything a beginner needs so I went. I had a WONDERFUL experience there as a total novice because of Susan, who I met working at the fabric cutting counter. I told her I had no clue what I was doing and she generously gave me her time, guidance, patience and enthusiasm! I walked out with everything I needed for doing my first sewing project in my beginners class and Susan said she'd love to see my completed project which made me even more excited! I'll definitely be stopping back in to show Susan my finished first project and to buy supplies for my second project there. In addition to the amazing customer service experience I had, I was happy that the fabric I chose was 50% off and that I could use a coupon online for one of my full-priced items. I definitely recommend this location and I'll be back again there soon! Thank you Susan and JoAnns! :-)

I come here and the cashiers and associate were all so pleasant. I’m excited about any project I start so to have them share the excitement is gratifying.

One of the few Joanne's I've been in so far that everything wasn't out of stock. They had so many great things and good discounts

One of the best stores around! The employees are always so incredibly helpful and awesome! They go the extra mile every single time and even tell you where to get coupons immediately to get discounts on what you are purchasing right then. They have saved me so much time with their advice and money with their coupons and I super appreciate it.

Great store! I have shopped there for years. Was trying to get 3 Christmas wreaths ordered online but 2 kept getting cancelled as people were buying at the store. That depleted the inventory even though online said the store had 3. When my order got picked, there was only one left. This happened 3 times with JoAnn's online ordering. Went into the Easton store in Columbus, OH and spoke with Jocelyn (employee). I explained and Jocelyn graciously helped me. I got the wreaths! Jocelyn Rocks !!! Thank you.

Pretty good selection, get vinyl for sewing office chairs and automotive upholstery. Great deals, 40-50% off one item. Staff was extremely helpful and offered maximum savings. Great for holiday decorations too

I had a great experience at this location. Steven at the cutting station was awesome. I had 30 minutes worth of cuts for a project, and Steven was relaxed, cheery, and detailed the whole time. Give this man an award!
