Banfield staff super friendly and welcoming. The associates friendly. I went into the Pet hotel to inquire about my fur baby staying in the future. The female clerk very Unwelcoming...I would never leave my Mister Brown there just based on her...

They always have a great selection . Cashier Courtney was so slow I was waiting for over 20 minutes. Another line opened and all behind me left before I got to check out. Very bad service.

I went in for a return with my receipt. The employee provided me a fast and easy return with the money put back on my original card.

I called this store searching for Pet Fresh refrigerated dog food. Yes they had it and their refrigerator was full! My two show dogs are very happy!

I’ve bought several fish from this store, and they have all lived for over 7 months! All the fish were in great shape when I got them, and are still in good shape. The fish tank deals are very affordable, and they come in big sizes too!

I am a fish enthusiast and I have lots of monster fish in my tank as well as Turtles in a different tank, I love the selection of aquarium filters at this location as well as the Dog Hotel/Daycare service, this comes in handy if you need someone to Dog sit for you. Back to the fish, there are plenty of aquarium cleaning supplies as well as frozen fish food and looooots of aquarium decor and sand as well. Anytime I was to design or add upgrades to my tank I come here. There are also plenty of filter cartridge replacements here and water treatment chemicals as well as chemicals and other solutions that promote breeding and color enhancement to your fish. I bought a bottle of breeding solution and African fish solution and applied it to my tank and now my fish is pregnant it’s been a few weeks now but Persmart is also a great place to go for reptile needs from substrate to heat lamps to water dishes and hiding places as well oh and crickets and live worms also.

This PetSmart has always been a great location. Been coming to this one for about 3 or 4 years. They have a fantastic staff and they have many brands that I love!

We have been to two dog day cares before moving our dogs to the Easton Petsmart. We send all of our dogs to the pets hotel here and they will partake in daycare or other playtime and enrichment during their stay. We send our high energy puppy to doggie daycare at the Easton location Petsmart on a weekly basis. She is shy when meeting new people and trying new things. The staff at the daycare did a great job at introducing her to the location, slowly getting her accustomed to the other dogs, and were available at any time for me to call and check in on her. A few months later, and our dog is having the time of her life! They have themed puppy parties where they include additional enrichment activities for the dogs-this last one was Woofstock. The staff provides you an end of day visit report including a summary of their day, behavior, and bathroom history. The facility is inside which ensures the dogs cannot get in to anything they aren’t supposed to. The dogs do have a little break in the day where they can have snack kongs. A little break is necessary in making sure the dogs have rest time and are not getting stressed. The facility is also very clean! I recommend this location’s dog daycare to everyone I know who has a dog friendly dog looking for daycare.

Kristi was amazinggggg, my mini golden doodle got his first full haircut and grooming with her and looked amazing after. he had some matting so i was worried how he would look afterwards and it was absolutely perfect. she’ll be my dog’s groomer from now on, so happy we found her!
