AT&T Store

Visited on 8/4/2023 to upgrade my Note 20 to the Galaxy 23 Ultra. All of the employees working here were friendly and very helpful. 100% would recommend. Janielle assisted me as soon as I entered the store and helped me get the best available discounts possible.

My son and I went to the Easton AT&T store and the staff was super friendly, very helpful and easy to work with! Some "tech" stores I've been to in the past have occasionally had the impatient, kind of rushed salespeople that just don't want to help you; not the AT&T store! I went into the store paying well over $400 a month for cellphone, cable and internet from other providers, and Kanaka was able to set me up with everything on one bill for much less. Kanaka and the store manager (sorry I didn't catch his name) were very patient and thorough. Also, AT&T now has a streaming service, all the channels and DVR storage without the cable box and crazy cable fees.

The people there were great and very helpful. I really appreciate them for taking care of my problem.

Recently switched a few lines to AT&T. Jamell was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Overall great experience.

My first time in a AT&t brick and mortar that I can remember and it was a lot better than expected. I truthfully did not have much good to say prior to going. All of my previous experiences have been at Verizon and let me tell you, when I say they were unproductive, I mean they were regressive. I don't even know if that's a word but you understand what I mean. Go AT&t for kicking Verizon's a** in customer service

Switching to ATT, wanted transfer done before we started traveling. This ATT store, Janielle helped us with phones, working throught the phone numbers transfer and moving all the saved things on our old phones. Appreciate Janielle making this Quick & Easy with NO BREAK in cell service. Thank You, Bobbie & Douglas

Kandace was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help make our experience very pleasant. We added new lines and had upgrades and she made it easy. Would recommend her as a representative to assist in any situation.

It was wonderful experience, met this girl who works there, forgot her name, she had this tattoo NH2, smile and helping, understanding, patient and amazing customer service. She got us ready and done in no time.She deserves raise.

Absolutely amazing service! Kanaka was everything I needed And more after coming in needing a new phone ASAP! I frequently travel to and from Columbus from Cincinnati and I was not able to go back home until I had a new phone, and Kanaka took great care of me. Kandace is very nice and friendly. She gave me advice and very helpful. She helped me on multiple occasions. I really liked the service! It has been great service and great experience being at this location and meet with such a great At&t specialist.

Sometimes things aren’t the way we expect with our bills or plan. I’ve been into the store a few times with questions, and every time the customer service was fantastic. They really help to understand and fix any issues. Not only are the service reps great, but management is patient and helpful! Also a great store to get the newest tech, the wireless charger is next on my list!

Kanaka did a absolutely superb job made the process of switching over easy simple and explained all the details so i could understand, i was very satisfied and she is excellent at her job i highly recommend 😊

The guy who helped me was very professional. Sometimes I dread going to retail stores because sales representatives can be very pushy and overbearing. I understand it's a commission based job but some people go way to far lol. Daniel M was who helped me out and he did an amazing job. He explained to me about the current promotions I qualified for, he also offered some accessories I could get for a great deal as well, but he was not pushy at all during the whole process. Got me in and out in maybe 30 minutes total. Great experience. So Daniel if you some how see this review thanks brutha.
