After a few complaints, the food is much better. I talked with a manager and she was really nice and said she would talk to the morning staff about doing better with the quality of food and better preparation. I went back about a week later for breakfast and the food was excellent.

My experience was good, but the customer service could have been just a tad bit better. It was a young person, so it might have been their first time working a job, so I cut them some slack. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience!

The sweetest woman works there :’) absolutely made my day. We need more people like her 🫶 great food on top of that!:)

Good fast food. 5 year old granddaughter loves the 6 piece Chicken Nuggets happy meal!!

The front cashier was super sweet. Downfall the dining area was not clean tables were dirty not giving many options to sit being disabled it made it hard for me to find a place to sit.

I used to not be able to eat McD's cause it would hurt me (IBS) but this one I can eat. Idk why the difference but great food

Missing fries quickly replaced! Drive thru missed the small bag containing my fries. One quick call and my freshly replaced fries were waiting with the manager as I pulled up into the call ahead spot!

Always fast, always friendly and they have never messed up my order in over a decade. If you're looking for a quick bite in Flatwoods and are in a hurry, this place will have you back on the road in no time.

I worked at this location for a year the managers and employees are very great people! They treat the customers great love you all keep up the great work!

Great prices. Appears to be clean. Never had a bad mcdouble here yet. Sweat tea varies from alright to great.

Fast on their door dash times, i haven't had any complaints...

They have never failed at being quick and the food is always pretty good. Can't criticize it.
