The people who work there are usually very nice and respectful the only problem I’ve been having is that even after I’ve changed my address my mail continues to go to an old address and I’m not receiving my most important letters and where it goes it depends on her moods if I get my mail it almost made me miss out on my angel tree program and my children would have not had a good Christmas at all thank god thesvation army understood

Need to fix their parking lot it has major potholes and I believe other than that everything is fine with the facility

I tried to mail a small package to my sister. They said there was no such address even though she was a resident there for 15 years. The package has circled 3 states for days now
