Amazing sales and amazing workers

if i could give zero stars i would! don’t get me wrong LOVE the store, however there is this one RUDE cashier/worker. My cousins and I went into Its Fashion to look at a few outfits for my birthday. My mom called me so we (all three of us) had a conversation on the phone, yes, it was on speaker. Mind you, the store was empty! no one there but us, the lady and one other worker. My father was outside at corn dog 7. She must’ve heard us on the phone tell my mom that we are at the mall and to be heading over now. The conversation with my mom ended. The lady yells, “We close in 10 minutes”, with attitude. We turned back around and started talking to each other, NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT HER. Then she goes on and says “You say something?” in my head i’m like.. girl. you throwing out fighting words to kids ?! grow up. My younger cousin said “No” So then obviously we’re looking crazy because what really just happened like did you really try to check us ? . The other lady still just sitting there. We turn around to walk out the store and she gone say “ And don’t come back in here.” THEN that’s when my younger cousin began to mouth back at her; not directly though. We left went to Belk, came back to meet our father in front of its fashion. THE LADY STARED AT US. We left again going to bath and body works, come back, as we walk by she says “I said what I said”. The only reason we kept meeting back in front of its fashion is because my father was sitting at the table eating a corn dog. I am a very respectful person, not once did i come at her wrong. We simply walked in the store and was welcomed by attitude. I will not be returning to this store. I also want to say, lady, your ENTIRELY TOO OLD to be coming at KIDS. I don’t care how bad of a day you’ve had that was so uncalled for. If being on the phone on speaker was something that wasn’t allowed in the store, you should’ve said that, in a respectful way. Now if we had told our parent it would’ve been a problem, bigger than a review. Anyways this was Sunday evening 02/18/24. The lady is on the skinnier side, yes she’s a black woman. You all have a great day .❤
