We broke down in this area and called the store to see if anyone could help. Tammy answered the phone, and she was more helpful than we could have hoped.

She gave us the number for a great and affordable mobile mechanic. She genuinely understood and wanted to help us out (you don't often see that kind of knowledge and empathy in customer service these days).

We had called and visited about a half dozen other auto parts stores, and if they couldn't look it up on the computer, they had no interest in helping. Glad to know that there are still knowledgeable and helpful staff somewhere!

I've been a professional mechanic almost 20 years and oriellys had come through for me more then their competitors with the least amount of hassle. This particular oriellys location in starke is well staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people.

My wiper blade had broken during heavy rain and I stopped to buy a new one. The young man looked it up and went out and replaced all three, front and back, at a very reasonable price. He was very friendly and helpful. It only took a few minutes and I was back on the road.

They saved the day my fuel pump went out i searched all over town for the part they had it in stock and on the counter for me! Jill you are awesome!
