AT&T Store

Jordan was the only person that could fix the problem that I had with my phone I’ve contacted AT&T about five times and also I have had my phone into AT&T at least 10 times. He took it enough time to fix my phone. I really appreciate it. He should get very good kudos. Thank you.

I had an outstanding experience with Milton. His customer service was excellent, and he offered great deals on TV and internet. I definitely will be considering those offers. I had issues with my phone and Milton was very helpful throughout the process. I’ll be back to add a line! Highly recommend!

Jordan is one of the best Customer Service Representatives that I have ever encountered. He is very knowledgable about all of the products that AT&T has to offer. Jordan answered all of my questions and he is the one I will be asking for when I come into the Daphne location. I have been using yall's service for than 15 years and he is one of the best.

Jordan has been very, very helpful to my husband and I. He helped us with new phones, setting up an account with both of us on it, and setting my husband’s new phone up. He has the patience of Job and so very nice to work with. In my opinion he is a very valuable employee. I give him him five stars.

Bryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had several needs including setting up a new business phone, all of which was handled expertly and very quickly.

If anyone needs help with AT&T products, I found the perfect store in Daphne, AL. It on Hwy 181, near Lowes, in fact it's practically in their parking area. The employees are so knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. On February 14th I went to the store, because I have been having problems with my phone. An employee from the store worked with my phone for over 4 hours, until he was satisfied that my phone was working properly. He even received some assistance from the manager. The employees at this AT&T store are so friendly and personable, they make you feel like you're a friend, who they've known for years. I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for all their help and assistance in getting my phone operating properly. Again I wanted to thank them for all the help I received with my phone. Thank you so very much!!

ATT Associate Justus greeted us at the door. Very polite , asked us how could he assist us ? He was attentive and very eager to help us with our issue. He was very knowledgeable and spent around 30 minutes with us to resolved our issue. He gave us great customer service . It was very much appreciated and cemented our business relationship with ATT in a climate where our business is constantly solicited.

Great experience today. Went in for a new phone as a birthday gift for my daughter. Amber helped me and was awesome. She checked probably 30 numbers so I could get the last 4 to spell my daughter’s name and still had me out of the store, phone in hand, in less than 10 minutes. Not kidding. I was amazed by how great she was at her job - and I’m still amazed I had a visit to a phone company store go so smoothly (never been under 30 minutes before).

Jordan has been so wonderful to my husband and I today. We have been without cell service for 3 days because we could not communicate with our provider to correct our credit card info. Jordan has been so kind, calm and patient now we have new service thanks to him. He is our hero today. I am so impressed with this young man, he really showed us excellent customer service!
