Discovered Freckled Poppy about a month ago and I'm addicted! Love how their lives describe the fit but am also aware that I have to take into consideration my own body type and height when selecting the correct fit for myself. Most everything I ordered has fit as expected. I did return one sweater bc the sleeves were too long. The return process was easy and refund was issued in a timely fashion. Just make sure items are returnable before ordering. They are very clear in the lives, and in item description, if it is a final sale.
Alex and Matty are hilarious and extremely knowledgeable!! Leslie is adorable and spot on with fit. Taylor is awesome and doing a great job with her new position with the lives. Congratulations on your success and keep up the good work. Gotta go, live time!!!

I’ve been a happy Freckled Poppy customer for many years! The quality and selection of the clothing is great and their prices are fair. Their customer service is the best I have ever received from a clothing company! They are very transparent about shipping timelines and always incredibly responsive. My teenager is starting to wear freckled poppy now and she is always happy with the fit and the size advice Alex gives. The Judy Blue jeans they carry are my absolute FAVORITE and the only jeans I have ever felt good in.

I have large legs and wasn’t sure which style Jean would look best. I did an online chat and the assistant was very helpful and encouraging. I bought the Judy Blue boyfriend style. Oh My Goodness, I found Freckled Poppy about two months ago and have placed multiple orders. Everything is SO GOOD!! They have excellent customer service and their fit sizing explanations are better than any others I have seen. I LOVE EVERYTHING that I have received. And the LIVES... Oh My goodness, Alex and Matty and Lesley have such great energy!! Even on a bad day I like to tune in to grab some of the upbeat fun!! BE PATIENT, as with most deliveries these days, there are delays! BUT IT IS SO WORTH IT!!!!

*screaming* I just got my order today and I went out on a limb and did the mystery bag. Whooohoo! I have ordered a handful of Judy Blue and have loved every single pair! But ordering blind was a bit of a struggle for me. I know I will be doing it again. The ladies picked a style that is totally me! It's like they know me! This is the only store I will be ordering from. If only the supply was endless!!!

I love this boutique, these people are so amazing. Their fit advice is on point, if there is a problem with your item, they totally take care of you. They are so fun to watch live, and I mean all of them. They have 3-4 lives a day, 7 days a week. That amazing, and showing new product. And they have such a variety of items, and in all sizes, if they make it in plus size then they get it in the a full size run. So you should try them out!!!

Best boutique ever!!!! Alex is spot on with her sizing information!!! Have I received something that didn’t fit me right, yes but that’s not their fault! Some things just don’t look good on me or fit right on me, and that’s ok! I have followed the return policy and it was a quick easy process! I also know that some things are final sale when I bought them, as she will say over and over, FINAL SALE. If it doesn’t fit right, then I give them as gifts. 99.9% of the time my items are absolutely perfect because of the fit advice. I absolutely love Freckled poppy. Fun shopping and getting cash back. I have Multiple Sclerosis and find it’s easy to shop for trendy clothes and shoes.

The products are always higher quality, even the tank top I just got! I have loved everything I have received, and even when I do the mystery shopping, I get such great quality items for a very low price, they do not skimp!

Okay, here’s my chance to right a wrong that happened when my phone was out of my hands and a family never was down right mad at HERSELF for ordering the wrong size shoe. (Zero mistake on freckled poppy’s end) however, i have reached out to the appropriate people and fixed what was not mine to fix, but necessary to fix. Tonight Alex Is back. First, let me just say that her and MATTY are DEVOTED to their business and their customers. Sara, Lesley, (because those are the only others I’ve had a chance to interact with) are such beautiful souls and their energy matches Alex and matty. And that’s huge when running a business. Upon welcoming Alex back after surgery, i could see it in her eyes, that her soul was hurting over customer reviews. I’ve read some, and immediately i understand, so i don’t know why others do not. You complain you have to pay for your shipping label back to them in order to return an item. But what you’ve failed to realize is, if you order more than one item in 24 hours, you only pay shipping once. So your item could have been one of those free shipping items . Which they do not even need to offer free shipping, it’s something THEY have offered. I personally appreciate it because i order constantly. (I’ve not had one item that didn’t fit, didn’t work) furthermore, i have literally almost restocked my wardrobe from freckled poppy. Including shoes, and EVERY SINGLE ITEM fit!!! Because each of them know how to give perfect fit advice. I was always Leary off online ordering, until freckled poppy. Somehow they ALL get it right! You can tell that Alex has and does (along with everyone else) work hard for her company and for her customers. Not only that, but they offer all inclusive sizing on almost everything they carry. I’ve never heard Alex be rude online, i haven’t heard any of them. Lesley is a ray of freaking sunshine. Alex isn’t even rude to the trolls on her lives. I haven’t had to leave my house to buy new clothing since finding freckled poppy in July this year. If you take the time to read the “READ ME” in bold print, there would be no reason to misunderstand vendor box items, shipping, returns, final sale. I’ve never seen a boutique have the drive that they do! I am down over 60 pounds almost 70, so i literally had anxiety about sizing! The first items came and i couldn’t believe how accurate the fit description was. And now, i have so many pieces and i can wear each and every one of them. Alex, MATTY, Sara Lesley and the rest of freckled poppy, you literally are the best. Alex, continue to be that empowering woman you are! Remember… people throw rocks at things that shine.

I have only been shopping with them for a few months but everything is first class. The quality of the clothing and pricing is superb. Explanation of fitting is spot on. Both shopping from their app and their live sales is a smooth, easy great experience. They are upfront on shipping times so if you are wanting something overnight that would be a wrong expectation to have. The online boutique world shipping does take a bit. Freckled Poppy does a great job timewise shipping orders out. Some things take longer. Patience. It comes and is worth the wait.
