Libby is great! She went above and beyond to help me get my heart medication.
Back story: I had gone to a different location and they said my prescription would be $600 until I got prior authorization by my secondary insurance who is not open to help on the weekends (they have had my prescription 3 days so I’m not sure why they waited so long to send the authorization to my doctor) so their solution was spend $65 to get a few pills (they were also very rude). I called the Hollywood location and Libby answered, she called the other location for me, got everything sent to the Hollywood location and went out of her way to sign me up for a card that made my prescription only $10 WITHOUT prior authorization. Libby deserves a raise!

Frannie is absolutely amazing! She will answer all your questions and provide you with the absolute best help and support! I will only to go this CVS from now on because of Frannie!

I normally have no troubles at this location and there is one of the Techs there, named Leanne ,( hope I spelled that right.) specifically who did more work than she had to for me to make sure I got the prescription I needed. If every tech was as diligent and kind as she, we would be living in a better world. Thank you Leanne!! You're AWESOME.

Working in a doctor's office, I call in a lot of prescriptions. I just spoke with Rachel, and she was so friendly and wonderful! I wish all pharmacy techs were as competent!

Dropped my prescription off at about 6:15, went back around 6:40 to pick it up but had forgotten my ID. I told them I'd be back in 20 minutes, they said OK. Went back at 7:06 (I know it's past closing) there were still customers in the store and I needed my medication. They refused to open the doors and I was without my medication for the next day as I had no way to get back because we have a single car in my family, that runs at least. I had bought Shampoo earlier and the cashier, Jarret, was chatting it up with the other cashier there about hunting and accidentally shooting dogs. Not very professional of him in my opinion and will not be taking my prescriptions there any longer. (Edit) This is when it was St. John's pharmacy. They have excellent staff now, and I fill every prescription here.

The store section is great, we are always getting a ton of coupons for free and discounted items- but the pharmacy…
It feels like something goes wrong every time a prescription needs to be picked up (which is often). It’s either not ready and won’t be for at-least a few more hours or they try saying the insurance doesn’t work and it’s going to be 100s of dollars. Not sure why this happens every time and I always have to come back later for the problem to be fixed. Very annoying to have to deal with.

Doctor called my RX in on Friday.
Monday: We haven't filled it yet, but she's going to fill it tomorrow.
Tuesday: Your insurance won't actually let us fill it until tomorrow
Wednesday: We actually have some new policies about medicine shipping and don't even have it yet, but we'll call you when we have it.

Both the speed and the lack of communication (Dare I say complete lies to my face? Or stupidity? Maybe both?) are extremely disappointing. I'm a lazy dude, I'm not just going to switch to a new pharmacy because of one bad experience. This is the last one I'll tolerate, though.

I had my prescription go to here from the Med Express. I called while driving and she said it would be about 30 and would call when it was ready. An hour and a half went by and no call…so I called them. She was telling me that it wasn’t ready because they can’t get the insurance to go through (no reason why or anything).
I’m sick and just need my meds, so opted to pay the cash just to get it filled.
Part of me thinks they do it on purpose because others have had them do the same thing.

Have been calling this Hollywood location for two days and have been put on hold twice and then they never come back to the phone. Other times, no one picks up and I've waited on the line for almost 15 minutes 4 different times.
