King Soopers

Great location. Usually has all the items I am looking for in stock and is very organized. One big plus for me is they always have at least one cashier line open, not just self checkout.

It's a very clean store. The staff at self checkout were om top of their game l. Hope they know awsome job guys

We stop in this location several times a week. I even run in before getting the bus early in the morning and no matter WHAT time it is, the employees are in a great mood. They are helpful, talkative and remember us. The management in this location must be great because you rarely see people working in a retail environment who seem to be enjoying their work and the company of their co-workers. Keep up the amazing work!

Clean grocery store with decent prices. There are usually some coupons on their apps but the prices seem to be lower than Safeway to start, so the coupons are just one extra discount on top of that. The employees are also friendly and helpful. I like this store and will keep coming here.

I only come here for my medication. I drive 15 minutes out of my way to come here because the service is wonderful. Both Pharmacists here have been the most pleasant to deal with, as well as everyone of the techs. I’ve never seen a pharmacy balance being so nice and professional at the same time. I will never go to another pharmacy. Yesterday, I came in closer to close and Pharmacist Thy was more than happy to assist me and made me laugh. Yesterday was a very tough day for me and she really made my day without knowing it. Also, I can’t remember the techs name that was also helping but she was very helpful and sweet as well. It truly does make a difference! Thank you ladies!

Shopping here is another story. I don’t like shopping at this location because of the staff.
I’ve had a great experience with Evan before (a younger teen doing the pickup orders ), but an odd one with one of the male workers that often does the self checkout. The first instance was odd because he was standing over my shoulder every moment of checkout and the second time he did it he was inches away from my face. A little alarming. Best shopping done by pickup!

I had a negative experience with a customer service rep by the name of Denny-probably one of my worst experiences ever!
The managers Jason & Errol certainly took care of that! I was taken back when Jason showed up to personally deliver the product I was in search of...with flowers to boot~(a personal touch from Errol to put a smile on my face~& that it certainly did:)
Both of the managers have excellent customer care & this KS is always immaculate, and with managers like Jason & Errol it's clear to see why!

I have no idea what some of these people are talking about with the negative comments. I shop at this store all the time. The employees are always very personable, friendly, and helpful. They will go above and beyond to help you. Shelves are always stocked, with the occasional exception of a big holiday time or really late at night. It's a great store!

The staff is always willing to help you find what your looking for. I have to say the store manager is one of the best King Soopers has in town. You always see him on the floor helping his team out. You can see his hard work reflected in his staff as well.

Found everything I wanted, good prices, fast and courteous check out. Was looking for chocolate chip muffins & called bakery prior to shopping so bakery clerk would hold a 4 pack for me. She did. Kudos to your bakery staff!

Great store with amazing employees. Best customer service I've ever had with never an issue. The store manager, Errol, is the nicest and most helpful manager I've ever had an experience with. He always will go out of his way to help any customer find what they want.

Austin is an incredible employee. Always friendly and is attentive whenever there are issues with self checkout.

Best supermarket I have ever shopped in. I have lived in New York, all over SoCal, Denver, and Portland. I shop almost every day or every other day. This has been the best market I have had the pleasure to call my pantry away from home. Food is fresh and pretty, people are nice, very helpful. I recommend you talk to the employees and get to know them a bit, smile and show a little kindness. There isn't a lot of money for frontline employees in the supermarket industry, and going even the slightest bit out of your way to let them know you appreciate them makes a huge difference. Mike in produce is great, and Jodi and Jodi in flowers and cheese can certainly help with your evening plans with flowers and a nice romantic charcuterie. Mr Phil and team can get you all of your deli stuff and always have some good fried chicken (sinful!). The bakery team goes out of there way for me all the time, sometime I ask for silly things like jalapeno cheddar croissants, or a loaf of thawed raw dough so I can make French bread at home. The butcher boys are the best, they help me find good deals and give me advice when I'm thinking about trying something new. And they do that thing where they will marinate your meat/fish for you so can literally finish your shopping, get home and its been long enough that you can throw it on the grill. I don't know the guys in dairy by name but the always give me a nod of acknowledgement and a "Hey how you doing". Joan and Thuy and the pharmacy team are wonderful, and somehow my prescriptions are always ready before I get there. In the front end is Paul and Mike (ozzie) and Stephanie and just a great group of wonderful people who are happy to get you what you want and on your way. Errol, the manager, can always be found working in the store. I mean really working, he is always stocking something or facing product or doing something meaningful, not just standing there watching everyone else and "supervising". Errol make sure that he works on holidays, so that he can give someone who has younger kids or whathaveyou the day off to spend with their family. That's real leadership right there and it shows in how his employees speak with respect about him.

So that's my Kings Sooper's. Kinda cool.

We made a half dozen trips over the past week getting meals for Christmas holiday. We found everything we needed and then some. Thanks to a great team for keeping the store well stocked and clean.

The employees are what make this and every King Soopers feel like you are around real down to earth men and women, i have shopped at Kings since I was old enough to remember. Love the produce at Kings, the best in the grocery shopping industry.

The floral department ROCKS!!! A young lady named Katie put together the most beautiful rose arrangement that I’ve ever bought. It was for my wife on our 30th anniversary and she was over the top happy with it. Thank You Katie!!!!!!!

I have been shopping here for many years and it has a great selection of lots of fresh produce! It is well organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for.

I love this place because the employees make it feel like a small neighborhood market! They remember your name and very helpful if you need to find a certain item by walking over with you and making sure you find it.

This is the best grocery store I’ve ever been in, in fact it is the only one we shop at because of the friendly staff who’ve we’ve become well aquatinted with. All of the food is very well prepared and always fresh
