Went to Big Ol‘ Tires on University, and had a great experience! Adam took care of me like family. He found a great set of tires and new shocks for me. They found a few mechanical issues while they had it on the lift, and addressed it as well. Communication was flawless. I will only use them for all my truck and tire needs. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service

Purchased new tires. My alignment was bad. The shop told me what the problems were. I chose out of shop repairs jist for personal reasons. We returned after the repairs and they gave us a ride home as the car couldn't be completed before closing. The very next morning they called to let us know the car is good to go. I was expecting another charge for the alignment and to my surprise it was a no charge invoice. I'm very please at the pricing of the new tires and more importantly the excellent customer service. The kid who drove us home even carries our groceries into the garage. You don't see this anymore and good job to Big O tires for going above and beyond. We will be bringing all of our vehicles to this location.

Adam and his team have been fabulous for years tending to our vehicles. We always dread when we have to go to the dealership for a fix/repair, as it always turns into this nightmare. But when it's something big o can fix we breath a sigh of relief knowing Adam and his team will work with us and get us taken care of in a timely manner AND do a great job! Thanks guys!

Always a great experience at the 8110 S. University Blvd, Centennial, CO 80122 BIG O TIRES. I had a screw in my tire which ended up being too close to the sidewall to be patched. But because of their inexpensive tire warranty plan that I had previously purchased when I bought the tire new, my current bill for getting another new tire was half as much since I had gotten the warranty plan. It was a pleasant surprise when I was told the amount I owed. And as always the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience today at Big O Tires on South University today. Whether it's a flat tire, oil change, battery issue etc., (They do it all!) the service and professionalism is second to none at this Big O Tires location. Adam and Jennifer are outstanding "service-minded" employees who do a fantastic job and know how to treat their customers. I'll be giving them more of my business for sure!

Absolutely fantastic. I was worried that having a shop install tires not purchased there may be troublesome. It wasn’t.
They also inspected everything and gave me a list of things that need to be done, which confirmed another estimate I had received elsewhere. I felt they were honest, enthusiastic about doing good work, and the volume of cars in the shop was proof that they have customers that trust them. I’ll be back soon to tackle the list!

I have been going to this Big O tires since 2011. They have always taken such great care of me. They have never once overcharged me or pushed me into doing more than what was necessary. I fully trust them and have sought out their advice on many things and have yet to be steered in the wrong direction. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I couldn’t recommend a better place than this Big O Tires.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. I won’t go anywhere else. I made the mistake of going somewhere else when I was in a bind (this was a couple years ago) and I won’t make that mistake again. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. I appreciate their recommendations and know they aren’t trying to oversell me things just because they can. When they make a recommendation it’s because my car truly needs it- and they always give recommendations on different price points to fit your budget. Highly recommend.

Got a flat tire in the morning and no other places were offering to do same day fix. Went on the website to schedule an appointment and Cory called me within 10 minutes. Once I got there Jennifer was at the front desk and was very kind and helpful with all our question and even came out to look at the tire and rims. We were in and out within 30 minutes and Arion did a great job fixing it up. I would highly recommend this location!!

This Big O location is wonderful. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do not pressure you for a sale. We have brought all of our cars for the past 15 years here for regular maintenance as well as tires and rotations. They have always been straight forward and understanding in their pricing. They are quick to get work done and the shop itself may be small but it is clean and a good place to hang out while your car is getting work done. I will always recommend Big O over the dealerships.

Personable and friendly staff. Kept me informed of work that was being done and recommended a cheaper oil change than what I have used as I barely drive the care. Reasonable.

I’ve bought new tires and had my summer & winter tires switched over here many times and they always do a great job. Today, I brought in a vehicle I had just bought to have tires put on. The car had some issues I did not realize, like a cracked wheel and seized lug bolts. The tire technician stopped and brought the issues to my attention. This was MUCH better than continuing on and possibly damaging the car, or costing me a fortune on something that I hadn’t authorized. I’m fixing the issues and will bring the car back when it’s actually ready for new tires! Great job by the tech and the manager!

Purchased a set of tires from Big-O at the Arvada, CO store. Last time I stopped to check the air pressure and complain about feeling every bump on the road Adam checked the tires and said I had been sold the wrong tires for the Jeep.
After telling Adam my story he made arrangements, with both store managers, to put the correct tires on my Jeep at no charge to me to correct the error at the Arvada store.
I needed some work done, that I had been told from other sources, which Adam brought to my attention. I did have the work done and was happy with the results. The staff are all very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I highly recommend this staff and shop.

I dropped my truck off on the morning of 12/20/23. I can’t remember who checked me in, but the process and tire selection went smoothly. The techs installed the tires then aligned the truck. When the truck was completed, I drove around town to check the alignment. The truck didn’t seem to be driving straight and the steering wheel was misaligned. When I got home, I also noticed some fresh gouging/dings in the aluminum on the RH front wheel.

I took the truck back the same afternoon and spoke with Adam Littleton about my concerns. He immediately jumped into action to correct the problems. He ordered a new/used wheel and scheduled me for another alignment the next day.

When I dropped off my truck today for the second alignment and wheel swap, I was greeted by Adam who was again, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He personally oversaw the alignment, which the techs were having some trouble with. The wait got a little long and I offered to let them keep the truck to diagnose the issue. Adam arranged for another tech to give me and my wife a ride home and said he’d call me as soon as it’s completed.

Adam called an hour later and said the truck is finished while also explaining that the alignment issue was caused by a worn inner tie rod end. I told him that I’d be right over to settle up and that’s when he told me that there was no charge. I insisted that I’d like to pay for the part, but again he said no charge. Absolutely excellent service.

Brought my vehicle in close to the end of the day to have a tire leak repaired, knowing that the tire was rapidly approaching the end of its useful life. Counter agents examined the tire and carefully explained that a patch would not hold due to the thinness of the tread. After agreeing on a new set of tires they had me out of there within the hour - job well done!

Adam, who is one of the service advisers does a nice job in getting your car serviced as fast as possible. The entire team tries to accommodate you as much as possible. I’ve been coming to this store for years. All in all, great tire service experience.

Been using them for 30 yrs - always professional, easy to work with, fair prices, and excellent work. Never had a problem with their work. Always recommended tires that were quiet and just right for our vehicles and driving.

BIG O Tires University has done it again! My 1st interaction with Big O was several years back, when the tie rod or something broke on my car right in front of their store on University Blvd. They came across the street, somehow managed to drive it up (crooked tire and all) into their shop.

Heartfelt, courteous, knowledgeable. They figured it out! I was wondering how I'd cover the (million dollar problem ☹) turns out, it wasn't as bad as I'd thought, 330 or so I think and they got right on it and I never had a problem with it again. Because of the ultimate kindness and how they had gone WAY above and beyond, the family and I have continued to take our cars to them for regular maintenance over the years, and as always they've given just as much care to this day.

Yesterday was the most recent with with a 2006 chevy aveo (engine light), I took it in for their expertise. They got me in right away and we're finished sooner that they said. While I was hoping it wasn't, they comfirmed my hunch. Never taking me to the bank, they gave me the cost (which I'd also already looked up) and again...right on point.

I highly recommend Big O Tire on University, Cory and Adam, and the rest of the crew continue to rock. Thanks again guys, your the GREATEST!

Had a bit of bad luck and got a flat tire. I was able to make a same-day appointment, Cory quickly checked me in and my luck turned around as his team was able to repair the puncture. I was back on the road in no time. Absolutely recommend.

This location is top notch, 5 stars! So helpful, accommodating, professional and customer service focused. I have been going here for almost 10 years because of this. In particular, Adam has been another main reason. ALWAYS willing to help and find the best options for needs, be it new tires, repairs, maintenance, etc. Highly recommend this location!!!
