Went to Auto Zone to buy new wipers for my jeep. The sales person Kevin was so helpful and HAPPY to asst, which is rare now days. He made my experience great which is not always the case for a woman walking into auto zone. I even ended up buying a few other things I needed. Thank you!

Franco was the best!!! Such a great help, my cars battery died and he was able to give me a jump he saved the night! Talk about great customer service and just being a wonderful person. 😊

The worker by the name Polanco was very helpful and professional. Helped install the new battery we purchased.

The clerks were super positive as the customers were the ones being really rude. Still kept calm and explained things with my old battery they had a good price and warranty on a new one so i took it. Super calm and helpful to all of us.

I want to acknowledge of of the workers at Auto zone in Montebello. On Wednesday, 11/02/22 around 5:15pm, I walked in and Kevin provided me with excellent customer service, not just to me but all the customers at Auto zone. I do believe he went above and beyond to make sure everyone received the help they needed. As this young man was assisting and acknowledging all the customers, he was also answering phones, meanwhile the manager/person in charge was just hiding behind the computer. There was even a moment I noticed, while Kevin was helping me, the manager smirked and walked away instead of helping others.

Always helpful.I didn't hear not one No when a customer needed help checking a battery outside, helping install a bulb outside...just sure give me a minute I can help you. Guys know what they are doing. You can tell they know how to rotate different jobs with one another. Thank you for always helping..it was nice not to see people brushed off but actually helped!👍🙏🤗

Ago by the manager for the morning who was majorly kind to change my battery as well as he offered and incredible deal. Today I am getting one of the lights that broke down. It was the same nice assistance again.

I called early in the day about batteries and talked to Menny. I came in later and he was beyond helpful. Tested my battery to make sure I’m not wasting money and needed the replacement. He helped me select the new battery and even helped me install it. I haven’t had this good of a retail experience in months. Couldn’t recommend Menny any more. Thanks so much!

This autozone is clean, professional, and always stocked. I went in to see about some coolant for an '02 Hyundai Elantra. Being a woman, I am typically scared of getting ripped off by car part stores and mechanics. This autozone is trustworthy to answer your questions honestly and they go above and beyond making sure you understand their response. They don't rush you and they don't treat you like your dumb. I recommend!

Left a competitor auto store and with poor service(O'*#@$) .Walked in to you guys and was greeted and felt welcoming .Ask about battery recycled and they explain all in detail. Walked to my truck and asisted me with my batteries .Great job to the staff and the young kid who showed enthusiasm and took pride in his job .I will be back .

This place has great people! I'll come in when there is no line and they will take a lot of time just to help you. And they know how to keep a line moving too because I've been there when there are 8 people waiting in the small store and it still goes by quickly! The only thing I don't like is sometimes the same part you're looking for will come up with a different part number so sometimes they might say no but if you look on the sales floor... It will be there lol

I'm a truck driver from Texas. I made my delivery and my truck was dead. I call this location. Jose came and picked me up and brought me back. I needed four batteries. I was stranded. They helped me out of a pinch so I say if you live in the area use this location. They are good people.

If you go to this store in Montebello ask for Menny. He really went above and beyond helping me with my battery and even helping me change it out. He’s a really great guy and I can’t say enough good things about him.
