Edit because my daughter is no longer a baby with tiny feet & we continue coming usually 2-3 times per year....
My daughter has a small feet and it is hard to find cute shoes for her. However, we are always able to find her comfortable, cute, and good quality shoes here

Great customer service. I was helped by the Supervisor Angel H. Very helpful, he helped me find the shoes I wanted in my size to the finest detail( I was looking for the exact same pumas my husband got w/ a turquoise puma in a man size 7)..unfortunately they didn't have them at his store but he went out of his way and called another store to reserve the shoes I wanted. Very patient person best WSS service I've ever had. Would definitely be coming back here.

I like their customer service although sometimes is hard to find the size of shoes you need because they are out of stock but they are quick to look up for you stores where the shoes might be available for you overall my experience has always been pleasant

Employees never ask for any assistance, the customer is the one to look for assistance, I would rather go to am outlet, or the mall where they ask to help, than to run away from you.
Plus I tried using my brothers points since we only use hes number, and I was told he needed to be present to use the points. Ibe never been told this until today. Really!!

I just bought two pairs of Levi brand shoes, they are on sale rn. A casual brown boot and sporty grey sneaker. I had trouble finding the boots but was gladly helped by a staff member. Didn't take long to locate what I was looking for and was on my way soon enough.
Great verity of style and price range. Will be back for some Christmas list shopping. Cool tip... I look online for the ones i want and get the sku number, that way they can find it in the system or check to see whats the nearest store that has it, in the matter that they don't. Happy shopping.

Yes. Yes & yes! All the staff was great & I'm glad they didn't follow me around like hmm. Anyhow it wasn't bad 5 pair for 315.00 wasn't bad.
