Chloe gave exceptional customer service she went above and beyond to help answer my questions, troubleshoot a glitch with the mobile app order, it didn’t have an option to customize a drink in the order for dietary restrictions, so I called the store, Chloe answered and was absolutely incredible in helping assist me with customizing the drink order over the phone and informing me that the app doesn’t allow that customization but that I can always call the store ahead of the pick up time for the mobile order and a team member can assist me just like Chloe so wonderfully did for me today, as an option for future orders. Chloe deserves a major pay raise and recognition for being an outstanding team member with exceptional customer service skills and making incredibly delicious drinks and troubleshooting any issues with ordering through the Dunkin Donuts app. Everything was made perfectly and she’s extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable of the app and menu, rewards system, and made this experience absolutely stellar. Definitely going to be my go to store for future orders, as Chloe made this entire experience exceptional.

They are great but definitely get slammed by the early morning crowd! The space is small for the amount of traffic they get but they manage. Gave 5 stars because they make it happen regardless of the traffic. I appreciate that they deal with some bit so fun people at times and still smile for everybody they can.

This is a great store. They are quick and patient. If you go early in the morning, they really get slammed sometimes, if you are in a rush it would be wise to order from the App and go inside for pickup. South side DD is 👍

Best dunkin in the area! My drink always tastes delicious, very rarely does it taste different. Staff is so so nice!!

Kind employees, most of them are cheery, professional and smile! Sometimes food is not great, hard buns as if they were just sitting.

I think the lady's name is Taylor who made my pumpkin iced coffee, not sure, but she made it perfect! Delicious! :) They have PB Cup donuts here too, which has been discontinued in my home town. Love this Dunkin :)

The breakfast taco's w/ bacon, stuffed bagel minis, and stuffed ham &swiss croissants are all awesome, well priced, and a perfect light breakfast before a hard day of work. I also have been loving the turtle signature latte whether hot or iced.

I am a Dunkin fanatic, being a customer 2x a day customer.. this particular store is the BEST one I EVER been to! I make a trip to NY from PA every other weekend and stop every time& it’s never a disappointment.. the coffee is always fresh and made exactly how ordered, the donuts are always fresh an delicious, the prices are the best I’ve ever seen as well, & the most friendly staff! Thank you south Williamsport for having the best dunkin!!!

I adore the people who work here and I love the food. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit!

The woman at the register today was one of the best cashiers I’ve had to take my order. Her name was crystal and I hope she gets recognition. The rest of the staff seemed pleasant as well. Thank you for a great experience.

The order is almost always right. The people are pretty friendly. Kathi is awesome. She deserves a raise for the great job she does! Coffee is great; food is good too. I'm so happy they brought back the French crullers! Yummy. I would love it if they offered a flavored water or Powerade Zero or Light Minute Maid Lemonade or spring water.

The staff at this Dunkin Donuts alway greet you with a smile and friendly word! You start our days out right and have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic! Fast service at one of the busiest locations and you go non-stop! You are greatly appreciated!

Quick, accurate, and always amazing coffee. If the parking lot could magically increase in size to accommodate all the drive thru traffic during busy hours, that'd be amazing! It can back up into the active roadway.

First Dunkin frozen coffee in almost 3 years since pandemic started and we had to race home to Canada from Florida. Awesome, tastes just like I remembered it did.

This review was for the SUBWAY restaurant next door but I can't figure out how to change the location.

They are always friendly there and quick. We pass through about 5 times per year and eat there each side of a long weekend visiting our son in college. Easy access going north or south along the state road. Always clean and fresh.

One of the friendliest and most accommodating Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to! The sandwiches and donuts are always fresh and delicious and drinks made right every time we stop. Today I asked the lady for a straw for my son’s milk and she offered me a cup with a lid too. This may not seem like much but it’s very appreciated by a single mom traveling with a toddler!
