Hilltech were very professional and efficient. They quoted me 1 week to complete the job and completed it in 3 days.
Each day they left their work area clean and tidy prior to leaving for the day. The owners of the company checked in daily to ensure the job was being completed correctly and to the highest standard.
I was very pleased with their focus on the job and took note that I never found anyone standing around on a cellphone.
Overall we are very pleased with the work completed. The equipment is working very well for both heating and cooling.

We are very grateful for the folks at Hilltech Heating & Air Conditioning. Our furnace stopped working in early January, just before a cold snap. Dave came highly recommended from a fellow church member, so I knew who to call. Dave dispatched to our house with parts in hand, only to find that my furnace repair required not-so-typical parts. Early the next morning, Dave sourced parts (from a competitor!), installed, but found that we had more problems. We then made the (unexpected) decision to replace the entire furnace. Dave quickly sourced the parts and manpower, and the furnace was installed and operating that afternoon - less than 24 hours without heat. During the install, we reviewed my existing ductwork and vent piping, made a few corrections and I now have stronger air flow to the rooms furthest away from the heater. Thank you and God bless!

I called Hilltech when our furnace stopped working. They provided us with excellent service! Someone came to our home quickly after we called. The tech was kind and knowledgeable! Our furnace is older and needed a few parts. The tech replaced one part at a time and checked the furnace to make sure everything was in working order after each part was replaced. He explained why each part needed to be replaced to help our furnace run properly. He did a great job getting our furnace up and running in no time, so we have a warm home again! I cant say enough good about Dave and this company. I called Debbie about my daughters furnace and I was worried with these tempatures that she would burst pipes and her freezing. Within the HOUR Dave was there. This is not the first time... I started using Hilltech Heating many years ago 2010 with another house of ours... Back then my kids were little, I would call Hilltech 2am and Dave was there getting us heat. Last year at our new house our furnace was not blowing heat again within a few hours Hilltech was there and was fixed... We are now on house 3...I cant thank him and his staff enough for his eagerness/kindness/willing to lend a hand.... He truly cares about his customers. As we speak he is alerady installing a furnace at our daughters house. Its unreal and Im so thankful for him and Hilltech.... Debbie I think that she is pretty amazing as well. Thank you all so much. I just want to say my experience with them was fantastic! Action Heating installed our heat pump and AC system just over 5 yrs ago. After numerous service calls we find out we have the wrong system installed (oversized/loud/expensive) We called Hilltech Heating and AC. Dave showed up within 45 mins (after hours) listened to our frustrations and explained all that was wrong and how to make it right. Got a reasonable quote the next day and they helped us get a new system that is awesome. Chris one of their installers is a personal, professional and hard worker whom removed our entire system in about 7 hrs. He went above and beyond. No more loud equipment or humid house. We finally have the right equipment from the right company. They did a great job and we couldn’t be happier. So happy we made that call to Dave and Debbie at Hilltech Heating and A/C. You will not regret getting it down right!

We had our mini splits serviced today by Hilltech. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with Chris who arrived early and came well prepared. Chris is extremely professional, thorough in his work, and kind. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and made sure the mini splits worked properly. Chris was very knowledgeable and explained to me how to properly run our mini splits. We will be having Hilltech out to our house again in the near future. I highly recommend Chris to any customers who are looking for a hard working and knowledge professional.

The staff from hilltech was amazing. Dave was responsive, could answer all of my questions and was able to set us up fast. The crew who installed were great talkative, responsible and respectful. I enjoyed the experience. We tried to get a few quotes elsewhere and other companies were rude and unwilling to help. Thank you all for your amazing job we love our new system. We couldn’t be happier with the air conditioning service we had with them. My unit made a loud noise and suddenly stopped working. The technician was at my house within a few hours and immediately checked on the issue. I was pleased with the ac conditioner repair, and my unit is up and running in no time! Very professional and fantastic job.

Repeat customer here, one of the AC contractors told me I couldn't get our AC units until September. What do you do in this case, call Hilltech and they came thru big time. Gave me a great quote one week and started installing on Monday of following week and was done by Wednesday. Another excellent job done by all the hard workers at Hilltech.
