Thank you to pharmacist Ryan Tran at the CVS on Jefferson in Indio, CA. He was very patient with me on the phone trying to fill two prescriptions for my 87 year-old dad. It was clear Ryan was very busy but he listened to me and was able to help me get the medications my sick dad needed. I thank Ryan and the entire CVS team for helping me and my dad!

The cashier in the pharmacy here should be either fired or trained in customer service. At 20 minutes to the pharmacy closing she trust to tell me they may not have time to fill my prescription because they were closing. Other came behind me and I didn’t hear the same spill. One man came up after they started pulling the gate and she happily checked him out!!!!! The worst I have ever experienced at this CVS so I’m sure it’s the employees and her lack of basic customer service experience and just common courtesy. Otherwise this CVS is ok. I’ve been here many times and this is my first bad experience. I’m hopeful I never encounter Zima again she’s the worst.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the Coachella Valley. Evelyn is beyond incompetent and the laziest, least helpful and worst customer service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Stay away from this joke of a store. CVS should be ashamed of this location.

Consistently disinterested and incompetent clerks in pharmacy. Taking my business elsewhere. And, would recommend others do the same.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They disconnect me when I call, don’t work with doctors when there’s an issue with a prescription, and automatically fill prescriptions long before they’re due. No personal service at all.

I’d give below zero if I could!! Treated with absolutely no respect.
