Young lady was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Pinpointed the issue with my alternator with the precision of a surgeon. Afterwards kindly welcomed me to accompany her inside to burn holes in my pockets. Lexus parts, ouch!

Very knowledgeable, always a great help when I'm in need, rather over the phone or in person. Good prices on some things and others you could shop around. I don't go anywhere else usually. I just like dealing with them alot better than the other major part stores.

Had to replace the starter on my Explorer that had only been installed for little over a year and was thankfully still under warranty and the receipt was severely faded. I had purchased it at an O'Reilly in Tennessee but they were still able to pull up the transaction, print another receipt, and replace the part for no cost to me...even though there was a $10 price difference. The man was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be shopping at this O'Reilly again.

Zach is always so helpful. He does his best to find what we need, or find something that will make it work. We drive OTR, and can't always make it to the dealer to get specific parts, but usually Zach gets what we need to make things work. Always helpful and the prices are always reasonable. Thank you for building a great auto parts store close to home.

This store has taken VERY good care of me over the past week, going above and beyond the call of good customer service. I'd give more stars if I could. I would highly recommend this store to anyone living in the area, or if you are on your way to pick up a part as you are passing through to somewhere else. Excellent store!

Outstanding service, called ahead to make sure they had the part in stock. They had it sitting out when I arrived. Wish I would have gottten the salesman name..do know he is also a PE instructor...great customer service. Thank you

Just moved back in town was working on my brake and had a few problems store Manger "ANGEL" notice I had to return a defective part and comped my next purchase she made me feel welcomed and appreciated Thank you Angel you made my day alot better
