The UPS Store

The process is easy and fast. I worked with Bri and she was amazing. She helped me with all my needs and she was very helpful. I love her personality. The process was painless. I was next door at my eye doctor so I was worried about being able to see and finishing in to get back to my appointment. I would definitely recommend this store.

This store is HANDS DOWN the best UPS store I've used. All staff are so friendly, helpful and hard working. Customer service is superb. For shipping and print orders they have never let me down. I hardly ever leave reviews but after another incredible experience this AM I really wanted to share about my years of great experience. They also have an amazon kiosk now where you can package your own items to return, but they are still happy to help you get it returned!

Bri”s customer service skills at our Homewood, AL UPS Store are appreciated she went above and beyond. She’s great at making sure I knew all my options for shipping and costs for all 3 of my shipping items. GREAT SERVICE

I don't normally write reviews for UPS stores since I go to many different ones on multiple occasions. But I don't know, something about this one in particular made me want to give the workers here a shout out! They were extremely nice for no good reason during the 10 minutes I was there. People like them are the reminder that you can be kind for no reason. If you were working in the late afternoon on 8/26/23, thanks for sharing your genuineness after I had a long and tiring day! Keep up the great service.
