Family Fare Convenience Store

I went there today to gas up and all the clerks know that I used my BP rewards card. Today there was a different clerk who clearly had no idea what he was doing nor understood the definition of customer service. As I hit the button on the keypad to type in my phone number for my reward card he quickly cleared it out, so I told him that I wanted to use my points and asked him to clear it out so that I could insert my number. He then tells me he doesn't know how to do that and I can't use it!! I politely ask him to clear out the gas purchase and I walked out the store. I do not understand how the rewards system has been around all this time, but yet there are cashiers that cannot put in the correct keys to complete a customers purchase. I have been using that Family Fare BP for over three years and never until today had I felt the need to never walk back into that place. I like the other cashiers, but if he is a regular I will be going elsewhere.

Expensive gas, .20-.30/gallon more than other gas stations a few miles away. Also frequented by beggars. Been heckled for money on multiple occasions. Lackluster selection of items inside the store itself, also quite pricey compared to other gas stations. I try to avoid this place unless necessary.
