Straight Talk Kiosk

I only recommend this company if your looking for cheap service. It's not very fast, never can get anything on my phone when I walk into a building or a store when I need info or a coupon on my phone. Trying to change to a new service is a pain! You have to wait 48 hours for them to give you a code that's sent your email to unlock your phone. And that's only if your phone was bought outright, which mine was. I'm still waiting and getting angry. Talking to customer service was ok. They were helpful but sounds like their hands are tied. Called again and still waiting for the code.

Good service for 3 years. Verizon buys them out and then they send me a SIM card where I would no longer be able to use internet. I then ask for refund as I'm moving to Google Fi and they say you have to transfer number first. So I do it. Then I call back for refund and to close account and they say I cant get refund because I already transferred the number. lol. FU Verizon & Straighttalk.

do not waste your time and money Consistently bad data and phone connection in Gainesville Florida phone service for straight talk in Gainesville is a total joke. I guess that's what happens when Verizon takes over a decent phone service it goes straight to hell shame they don't have zero Stars. Oh yeah and I've been with straight talk since 2001 and it was only after Verizon took it over that the system went in the trash
