Kent was great. I was looking for a mattress for my 12yo. He greeted meas soon as I walked in. He asked what I was shopping for and I let him know I was redecorating my daughters room as a Christmas gift and needed a bigger mattress. He gave me different options and did not press things I was not looking for. He got the example mattress set up for me to lay on in seconds. I have walked out of other places for not listening to me and pushing to up sell something that wasnt even close to what I had requested. It was a fast and easy process which means a lot if you have ever gone mattress shopping. He even set up to have it shipped to my house before Christmas so I could surprise my daughter. Had a great experience and will definitely go back to Kent in the future.

This will be the 3rd mattress purchase, and the salesman was extremely helpful in finding us one within our budget. He took care to explain the differences in production, thus difference in prices. You can finance if you want, and for a fee they have a 3rd party company deliver and remove the old mattress and box spring. Our mattress happened to be in the warehouse and we could have had next day delivery if we chose to. Check them out if you are searching.

Great experience. Sales rep took his time to show me each mattress and decipher between which would suit my needs. Didn’t rush me or try to upsell me on a mattress that would do nothing for my back. Jason was so helpful. We purchased a queen set 6 years ago and love it but now want a king. He looked up our order and found that they don’t carry the exact same mattress so he did his research and found the direct alternative. The price was reasonable and delivery is in 2 days. I needed bedding for 4 rooms William was patient and very knowledgeable! He showed me from high end to low end and everything in between! I left happy with my purchases all three rooms are done I’ll be back to order my king size mattress once they get my bed out for delivery ! Thanks again

Scott was our salesman. Very nice and easy to work with. Came to this location after visiting the other Leesburg location and not getting much help there. Scott made the whole process easy, found all the information we were looking for and didn’t try ti talk us into stuff we didn’t need. The other guys there made nice conversation and interacted with my daughter while dad did all the boring paperwork. Was able to walk out with purchase so didn’t use delivery services. Would return.
